I payed this month's rent early, and included some extra. Rufus asked if I was sure about that; I insisted I was. "Use it for Ian, however he needs it," I told him.
While I don't plan to move out any time soon, I have been spending more time in my Towns home. It's too hard right now to come home to the Boutique and not see Ian, to not know how he is. Rufus won't comment, and there have been no reports yet, so my guess is as good as any. I need a different place to retreat to right now, so I'm furnishing my towns home to be a sort of studio I guess. Somewhere to go to just have quiet, to write, create art, read, that sort of thing.
The factory has new lines of furniture, and some new types of of doors and windows that can be installed. I'm saaving for a large gothic window to over look the garden. I've heard of some interesting rare items that are floating around the markets, like kiddie pools and TV. The panda rug sounds nice, though I wonder if they're made from real pandas, the way sheep skin rugs are. Whatever, it doesn't really matter.
I'm off to my studio now. I have so much work to do; I shouldn't have taken so long of a break. Oh well.
