I've calmed down now. I'll explain what happened.
Ian's trial concluded, and he was judged innocent, 81% to 18%. However, just as he was walking out of the court house a free man, someone shot him. In the ensuing panic, I have no idea what happened to him. I assume the police held back the croud until someone could call for an ambulance.
I have to tell myself that he hasn't died. It just can't happen. The powers that be in Gaia have let people far less worthy live, so how can they let him die? Gino Gambino managed to survive falling off the top of that infernal tower, so Ian can survive a sniper attack. He can. He will.
I surmise the soonest we'll hear anything will be the Gaia Anniversary Ball, on the 18th. Gino willl probably host again. Figures.
