"Our deepest fear is not that we are
inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful
beyond measure.
It is our light, and not our darkness, that
frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am i to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure
around you.
It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we
unconsciously give other people permission
to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fears, our
presence automatically liberates others."
I really like this quote; its like a personal narrative of my life. The first time I ever heard it was in Coach Carter but I really couldnt comprehend the message. Then I heard it again in school and it really made me reflect on how i was living my life. I kinda question if it really applys to everyone, i hope it does.
P.S. ...I wish you knew me. But im not leavin forever. though the wick has reached its end, dynamite's conclusion has yet to come. when it is; you'll be informed... more like alerted. i plan to leave with a boom wink

i hope you don't think its too weird that i've commented on a lot of your entries i'm not like a stalker or anything. . .
i dnt know if u care or not but personally i think that, that quote applies to everyone i mean just take a look at others and you'll see it every1 always looks to others to see what the norm or acceptable things are to do and once you take the time to talk to people deeply you see how insecure and wonderful they are they possess great talents but are afraid to show them. . . .
