Things are mellow. Getting into the school groove, trying to keep focus. I'm shooting for honor roll every quarter this year. It'll make my mom happy, not that I care. Honestly, she'll probably give me the bullshit talk, "You're so much smarter and more mature than I ever was at your age" then treat me like a five year old. But that doesn't matter anymore, cause I'll be out of the house mostly.
Steve got his license and he's gonna be registering his car. Then I'll never need a ride from parents ever again. biggrin D He's getting a new job, one that pays better, and he starts sometime next week. As for me, I went into a place to apply and ended up getting interviewed on the spot, orientation's next week. I'm psyched ^^.
I'll be getting good money, working my weekends and a few days in the week. I have to make sure to keep focus in school, make sure I take care of business. I feel my slacker coming out, I was supposed to read a book for english and...right an essay on the book, ._. and the author. My brother had the same teacher, and she failed him, so I'm skating on thin ice. But I'll take care of it, I have to. Plus, it's due this coming friday, I have plenty of time.
Just a small update on what's going on. Not like people read my journal.
