Love
How can I live when we are cast apart,
Like stones out to the coast,
When every time I think of you,
I want to hold you close,
I love you though we're seperate,
By grass and sand and sky,
My only wish upon this earth,
Is to look you in the eye,
And to say "i love you so,"
And share a tender kiss,
That sends my heart aflutter,
As soon as I touch your lips,
So I wrote this poem for you,
To tell you of my love,
That shines down from the heavens,
With the angels from above,
My love is neverending,
Like the waves upon the sea,
But one thing i wish i could do.
Is hold you close to me.
