Personality: Lucika is an evil soul who is God in her own eyes-- and gleefully
forces this view into the minds of her people.
Appearance: Though in her 30s, Lucika appears much younger-- likely due to
her size. She is a mere 5'0'' and weighs only 100lbs, having a frail build. Her hair is
long, blonde, and worn loosely. Her skin is very pale and her eyes are black like tar.
She is almost catlike in her appearance.
Clothing: She dresses as it is assumed royalty should. She should always
wear her crown, which is black and spikey and evil-looking. Other jewelry and
adornments can be added at the artist's digression but are encouraged.
Quick Bio: Lucika is a dictator queen who has ruled for eight years and has
a reputation for using deceit and indiscriminate violence to control her people. She
is the main bad-guy of the story and is the person everyone is out to get... long story
short.
