Personality:
Amelia has two set personalities, depending on when you meet her. The first time she appears in White Wings, she is a very "all business, no play" type person. She first appears to a character who has broken the law, and she's there to fix his mess. Doing so isn't something she wants to do because it would bring harm to the boy. Bringing harm to other people is not something she wants to do. But, orders are orders. She is the "right hand of God" and delivers his wrath. Despite this difficult job, she is gentle and understanding. She does the best she can to alleviate any pain done onto others.
During the second chapter in Amelia's time on Earth, she becomes somewhat erratic. She is still very mission driven and kind to innocents, she develops a certain distrust for those in power. And the people she has to kill? She almost enjoys it now.
Origin:
Amelia actually comes from a little bit of a secret project of mine called White Wings. She is an Angel, and the right hand of God during the first third. During the second third, she is a Fallen. And she is one of my favorite characters I've created in a long time.
