She stood at the door, whole body shaking, tears falling faster than ever before. She had never been hurt this bad, not even when her dad used to hit her.
But then again, when she cried she got hit more.
But this was different. It wasn't physical pain, she was used to that. She could take that and stand there like you barely touched her with a feather.
This feeling was thousand times worse.
He stood there, looking at the door, dead, dying rose in his hand. This wasn't going how it was supposed to, this wasn't how it was planned at all. He could hear her muffled sobs, and had no idea what to do. He tried calling out her name, and a pound responded on the door.
"You're still here?" He could hear clearly. She was trying so hard not to cry. She was so damn strong...
"Forever and always baby." He said.Coughing came from the other side.
"Sorry, I'm allergic to bullshit." She said. He laughed, weakly. She also had that sarcastic humor, came with the attitude. That was probably what he loved so much about her. She was too strong to let herself get this weak, too strong to let someone get this close. He loved that challenge.
"Roxx, listen. I know I've been a d**k lately. I know I-" He didn't finish the sentence. Didn't want to. It was a joke, when he first said it, he didn't ever mean to-
The door opened, and she stood there, all 5'5" plus three inches with her heels of her. Her short hair was curled, but losing their bounce; brown eyes were beautiful, even with her mascara smeared and creating black trails down her cheeks. She looked him dead in the eye.
"You broke my heart Adam." She said plainly, hiding all trace, except for the obvious black smears, that she was crying.
"I know."
She fell forward to him, and pounded on his chest. Tears fell harder, but she still kept the little composure she had, and spoke clearly. Like it took years of practice to be able to do.
"You broke my ******** heart, and then you come here all dressed up and say you want me back. Its not ******** fair..." She choked. He held her, not caring if makeup smeared on his white shirt. He ran his hand up and down her back, attempting to calm her. "You decided you wanted to go to the stupid dance with my best friend, best friend! And show up, ten minutes before I have to go, saying that you always loved me, and want me back. What do you want me to say to that, Adam!?" She hit his chest again.
"I hate you, you son of a b***h. I hate you, I hate..."
He just shook his head, still running his hand up and down, and whispered a 'shhh'.
"I hate that I can't hate you." She clinged onto him, crying even harder. He just let her, and moved his arms around her waist.
"I told you I never break my promise."
"You said forever and always." She whimpered.
"And I mean it, forever and always baby. No matter what happens, I'll always love you."

Roxx(ane) is actually an old character of mine. Adam was just a name on the spot =P
A while ago I sorta broke down, and I've been thinking about the whole; 'forever means forever' thing, and then I got tee idea of a girl and guy (though this was with myself and another girl...) and I wanted to draw it first, but whenever I go to the book to draw it, I can't =P so I went to the computer (notebook first actually) and wrote this.
on another note;
I've been reading CRANK, its actually a pretty interesting book, I want to get the next one, GLASS I think its called. I'm not sure, theres a lot of books that follow the same drug abusive teenager problem by that person, but I'm sure those are the only ones that follow the same person.
Stills, I want to read all of them.
