Four white walls creating a small bricked in room. A medium table with metal legs stood still with two folding chairs, one on either side. A tall broad shouldered man stood in the corner and there you stood as a stern mustached man at the other side of the table. Your hands braced on the table forcing the poor thing to tilt toward me as I sat in the other sit. Your glare meet with mine, “We took a walk that night, but it wasn't the same..” I glanced down, my eyes filled with hurt, “We had a fight on the promenade out in the rain..”

My hands clenched into fists. “She said she loved me, but she had somewhere to go..” sudden the memory flooded back. The girl held tightly in my arms, “she couldn't scream while I held I close..” Tear came to my eyes, “I swore I'd never let her go!” I slammed my fists against the table violently, “Tell me what you wanna know!!”

All you did was scuff and shrug your hands up as if you had given up. “Oh come on, oh come on..” I spoke under my breath, “Oh come on-” I stood then suddenly to my wobbling knees, “There ain't no motive for this crime!” I shook my head and tightened my fists pulling them to my chest, “Jenny was a friend of mine! So come on!” “Oh come on, oh come on!” You yelled in my face as if you were sure I was lying.

I pointed at the table scornfully, “I know my rights..I've been here all day and it's time,” I pointed to the clock on the wall to press the point, “for me to go...” I planted my hands on the table before me. “So let me know if it's alright?” Suddenly the table was lifted and flew across the small room and clashed against the wall. At that moment, I felt your grip around my throat as my body was planted against the chilling brick wall.

Minutes passed, my body tensed now, “I just can't take this, I swear I told you the truth!” Tears flooded my eyes and streamed down my cheeks. “She couldn't scream while I held her close....I swore I'd never let her go!!” I Screamed at you, reaching up to grip your wrist and forearm. “Tell me what you wanna know! Oh come on!”

You abruptly pointed to the pictures sprawled across the floor. Pictures of my beloved friend. A bruise around her neck and black streaks down her cheeks from her mascara. “Oh come on! Oh come on!” And then you whisper in my ear, “I know what you're doing here...So come on..”

My eyes wide I shoved you away screaming, “Oh come on, Oh come on!” I threw my hand out to the side angrily, “There ain't no motive for this crime!” I beat my chest with my fists crying hysterically. “Jenny was a friend of mine!!” I cried screaming my lungs out.

You threw up your hands annoyed and walked away, “Oh come on! Oh come on, oh come on!” The quiet observer in the corner merely shook his head as I stood there, fists' clenched, and body trembling. I just wanted to die...
