Connor’s POV:
I walked down the narrow streets with the sun blazing in my eyes; I kept to the side in the shade. The sun angered me for some unknown reason yet the moon calmed me. I knocked on one of the house doors and Mandi’s Mom answered. I had never actually formally met her Mom just the odd chat now and then. “Hey, Is Mandi home?” I asked as polite as I could like I usually did when talking to my friends parents but it was something different with Mandi’s Mom, Maybe because I was with Mandi. I don’t know but anyways I heard Mandi come running down the stairs. “Out the way Mom!” She pushed past her Mom and slammed the door behind her. “Hey, That wasn’t very nice now was it, Panda?”
“Who cares?”
“Hmm your Mom?”
“Oh yeah well it happens”
She giggled and pushed me playfully and ran off, I ran off after her.
??? POV:
“Don’t they look happy down there?”
“Leave them be they’re just having a bit of fun.”
“Yeah I guess your right, but they’re still Vampire’s and they know there are hunters around.”
“No, only he is the vampire, she knows of this but she trusts him.”
I jumped down from the building and headed in the opposite direction dwelling deep in my own thoughts. She’s human, why is he with a human? Why not another vampire? There are 5 of us in total here in this village. Damn it Connor you confuse me so much.
Hannah’s POV:
I whispered under my breathe “Don’t go getting yourself killed Connor…” I watched him run off and looked at the sun as it slowly began to fade away. “And so the sun vanished” I knew what was to come of Connor and the rest of us, we stuck close by to each other, helped each other from the hunters. I just pray we all make it out of this. He and that human are dangerous if she leaks information on us.
I sat on the rooftop watching the moon rise, hoping, in fact knowing he was safe.
Mandi’s POV:
We lay by the lake our fingers intertwined his pale skin seemed to draw energy from the moonlight; I looked at him panting from the running we had just finished. He looked back and kissed my cheek ever so softly, I lay my head on his chest and stretched my arm across too cuddling into him not wanting the night to end. I closed my eyes as he looked to the stars.
