WRONG!
My life has become so-o-o stagnant. The job hunt is a joke. Nothing works. It's like fishing with cement as bait. I just feel stupid at the end of the day after a long line of denied applications. Boy... I kinda hoped companies would at least send a "better-luck-next-time-slugger" e-mail or a letter. They could at least call.
For everyone droning on about going back to school and how it is the closest to hell they could possibly get... three words: Enjoy it now. Five days out of the week you get to go to class and see your friends and talk to people. Soon you'll be stuck in your home calling companies and sending out resumes only to get nothing in return. Murphy's law dictates that all of your free time will be all for naught because all of your friends will be busy doing other things.
For those of you just tuning in... this segment is only for those who have read through my capades from the beginning. Turn your heads thusly... ... well, I can't show you how but I assume you know how to look away.
Hey, hey... I have a reason to get up this week!! Sad but true. I did say week...
That girl, you know the one, has freed up a little time. We're hitting up some bookstores and constructing a game room together. I couldn't be happier.
It's actually funny, I always complained that whenever we parted ways I felt this weight of depression. Now, I've learned that the depression is justly delt. For I feel so happy whenever we're together. I can't express it in text. I guess, for lack of a better word, it's the feeling of utter love...
I say lack of a better word because the word love has become rather tainted as of late to me. I have cheapened the word down to be used in conjuntion with pizza, D&D, and the Drew Carey Show. I don't feel the same way about her. She is so much more to me.
I realize that I actually said something to this effect before but it still remains true...
I got the original Batman movies. The first four I mean... Gotta say though, I still like 'em. I have a slight problem with the fourth one though. It's far to silly for my taste. The first ones directed by Tim Burton had a dark story and were told in a very serious manner, and that's what made them work so well.
That's enough for me. Go little readers, go... untill we meet again. I'll post some other useless garbage from my day to day life before you know it.
