...we start a new procedure at Alpco tomorrow. Instead of counting the customer's items, telling them/writing out their count and having them be on their way, we're now going to have them give us the items, run them through the machines, print the receipts, THEN have them go on their way.
...an have a line backed up from the door to the gate with customers waiting. Gah, what an asinine idea. I give it an hour.
Oh, that's not all though. Saturday, half our crew gets to go and help someone that the owner likes move their crap. And even with a full crew, we usually get slammed. And it's supposed to be NICE out Saturday.
