Bits and pieces, odd and ends. Don't pull up too quickly or you'll get the bends. Above the surface, the sun shines clear. Glowing brighter as it nears. Boom crash clang pow, the daytime's turned to night somehow. Break the surface, look around, but there's nothing to be found. Nothing but a nuclear flower blooming in the sky. Everything somehow went awry. Ring sounds the alarm clock, time to rise. Nightmare or vision? Only time will help realize. A piece of poetry not of prose is what this is as it reaches its close. So do not fear, destruction is not near. Only....release.
