Gymnastics
heart I tried everything this week. Volt, bar, and beam. I'm pretty good at them. I got the basics but the next step stuff i can't do. Like on bars, i can get on 50% of the team and i can do a back hip circle but i can't get my feet on the bars. On beam i can do the basic straight jump, tuck, and other stuff that i can't remember but i can't get on the beam and and i can't do a cartwheel without falling off. I picked out an austin power song for my floor routine. There wasn't much to pick from. And on volt i can do a hand sprang but it needs some work, like i need to keep my legs straight and i need to use my shoulders more. Our first meet is in 3 weeks! I hope I'm much better by then.
