So for my freshmen and sophomore year i played basketball as a winter sport. I was good at it but i wasn't the best at it and when i do a sport i want to make sure that i'm the best at it.
So this year i'm not going to do basketball, i'm going to gymnastics! I dance so I should be pretty good at gymnastics. I went to some pre-season practices and i think i'm going to do well.
There's four events in gymnastics floor, beam, bar, and volt. Floor i already know i'm going to do well because i'm flexible and i can do an ariel all i have to do is work on tricks like a back hand sprang and i will be perfect. Beam is way too scary for me. The beam is so skinny and my feet are kinda big so i don't think that beam is for me. I wasn't even going to consider bar but at a practice they wanted us to try to get on the bar and i got on it on my second try. So now i think that maybe i can do it. VOLT! I've never tried it and i'm not even sure about what i'm suppose to do but I want to do it.
After my first practice i was soo sore! I couldn't lift my arms higher than my ears, I couldn't laugh caz it hurt my stomach, and i couldn't walk caz my thighs were burning. By the end of the season my body better look even sexier than the way it looks now.
