That night was quiet but for the rebel army it was a storm of blood and confusion. As they were safe they found their leader's corpse in the hands of Liena.
They saw her face with dried tears looking somewhere afar still with the worried Mito trying to call her out of the trance. Then she woke up seeing Toki.
the right hand man of the rebel army came and was shocked as his other men to see azerina dead. as the co-leader he gathered himself and reorganized his men. then when he was finished he came to Liena.
"What the heck happened? who killed azerina?"
"Kiba" was all she could answer as still she could not recover from the shock and his name was burned in her mind.
"Kiba the lone general one of the strongest generals of the enemy. no wonder we were out powered."
"umm" liena hesitated to speak.
"what is it?"
Liena then showed Azerina's bloodied bandana. seeing the bandana in her hands made him furious. he then charged on to her holding up her collar raising her up to the ground yelling ,"you!"
Liena closed her eyes in fear.
Mito who happened to pass by saw this and tried to stop toki.
"stop it" mito shouted.
toki then calmed himself down and slowly put liena down.
"This is your choice is yours, if you truly desire to save this land chosen one. "toki said as he walked out.
leader of the army liena knew what toki implied, but she didn't know herself why, but what she really wanted to know was why did kiba kill azerina and saved her and how was he really alive. she wondered who could be the young man who was mortally injured for her.
She saw him Toki the former right hand man of Azerina the leader of a rebel army. He looked at the empty sky with a new moon shinning as he remembered the night before when they last spoke to each other.
“Toki do you know the legend of the power with only one master?”
“That old legend why? ”
“That legend is about to come true and when that time comes I will give my bandana to that girl.”
“What are you saying Azerina? Don’ say such things.”
“I am sorry Toki, but I can feel it.”
He then noticed her looking at him worried. He came calmly and said, “Liena I don’t know what powers you poses or abilities you have but since Azelina I don’t need any other reason. I will help you.”
And so that night Liena gained her first warrior to help her key on her way home.
