You always knew what to do

Helping me through it all
Thanks for picking me up
When I suddenly would fall

Thanks for always being there
For being a lovely friend
For each time I fell
You'd help me on my feet again

Thanks for always being there
And thanks for helping me
Whenever I was sad
For helping me to see

Thanks for always being there
And thanks for being you
I promise everything you did for me
I will definitely do for you too
