With out knowing this, the towns folk went on almost regularly, except for the house of the jīn xīng's house. "Do you have the bags packed?!" yelled Hishiro. "Yes! its in the closet on the left side of the house." answered mǎ lì in a pained scream. "oh! the labor pains are getting closer!" she screamed again "Don't worry, I have the bags and the car is pulled around. We'll be at the hospitle in no time," said Hishiro pretending to be confident, when he was perfectly aware of the danger his wife was in. They quickly sped to the hospitle and mǎ lì was rushed into the labor room, while her husband, in fear of waching his wife die, was sent to the waiting room. A young doctor walked up to Hishiro and casualy asked, "How long have u and your wife been married?" "A year," he responded in a anoyed and worried tone. The doctor sensing that Hishiro wanted to be along, didn't speak and walked away in silence.
A half hour later another doctor walked out, Hishiro jumped to his feet, and opend his mouth to speak but was interupted by the deep voice of the doctor infront of him. "congradulations, you are the new father of a little girl." Hishiro yellped in excitment and began to run towards the door of the labor room, forgeting all about his wife. But suddenly out of no where a large arm reached out and grabed him and a voice said, "You can't go back there." "Why the hell not?" Screamed Hishiro. "I'm afraid your wife died right after your daughter was born." said the doctor. Tears poured down Hishiro's face as he pushed all his weight against the gaurd holding him back. "No! she's not dead! Its not possible!" He screamed in a frenzy as he broke out of the gaurds grasp and ran straight to the room where the hospitle staff was taking away his wife. He ran to her and grabbed her limp body out of their arms holding her to him he desperatly tryed to wake her up, shaking her lightly as his tears fell upon the pale body of his wife. "Sir, I'm sorry but, we have to take your wife to the mourge," said one of the near by Nurses. "No!! you can't take her! i wont let you! shes not dead! Its not true! quit lieing to me!" he screamed.
