started working on art for miss luxie. i'll be updating/editing this as i go along through the steps.... #1 and 2 were quickies so forgot to screenshot it until after i was done with them.
step one: pose sketching
lazy sketching wheee.....
step 2: sketch clothing
need to go back and fix some things with the clothing... its not giving the right body shape that i want. jk i just screwed up on getting the body shape right in the first place... fix it later... fix it later.
step 3: inking/partial detailing
started detailing with the eyes since i pretty much fail at getting those right most of the time and best to start on them now then later... having trouble with em right now really. dont know if those are sexy enough they actually look kinda mean and sexy at the same time... hmm... =_= just added the whip too because i forgot to sketch it in step 1. i see whats wrong with the shape now i forgot to sketch the circles for the hip joints anywho fixing. inking is done finally! fixed the hands though i still hate them but this will have to do since i cant make them any better...
step 4: detailing (skipped too lazy i'll do it while colouring)
step 5: colouring
lazy colouring... wooo... colouring is lazy =D
step 6: toning/detailing
some shading... not quite done.
step 7 Finished (everything is done...)
added highlights and extra clothing detail. it was a lazy last minute spurt to the finish line you can tell where i got lazy on the details i think. it is now done! WOOHOO~!
and here is the one with the clear background. cropped and shrunk down a little because you can see through the lineart a little bit where i got lazy with the colouring.
lazy i am lazy but this work is now finished. June 28, 2013 1:28AM.
now that i look at it... the head might have been a bit too big =/
