Ringmasters
The Ringmasters stagger their abductions so as to not raise suspicion amongst the city's normal populace. The collars employed by the Ringmasters can physically control their Tamed, though not to the degree where they're better at moving the body than the Tamed is. The Tamed can resist the collar a little, making movement difficult, but this causes no extra exertion by the Ringmaster. The working Ringmasters can be considered minor social figures, except for Ryans who is almost an unknown.

Halfbreed
The regular food chain does not apply amongst Halfbreeds, meaning an avian Halfbreed will not try to eat an insectoid Halfbreed. Their species can affect the composition of their diet, though this is a slow change over time. Being a halfbreed makes you less inclined to using weapons in most cases as most animals don't try to use tools.

Tamed
The vast majority of Tamed are not half of a docile species (ex. cows and midges). The pack order amongst each group of Tamed is based mainly on the amount of favour you've gained from the Ringmaster. Because of this, the better fighters are the leaders, though this does not necessarily mean the strong ones. The species that is chosen is averaged with the Halfbreeds original lifespan, meaning that the lifespan of reptile Halfbreeds can actually improve and insect Halfbreeds often have shorter lives. It takes roughly a day for a new Tamed to get used to the changes to its body.

Feral
There aren't Ferals as most people don't manage to escape before they got a collar put on them. Because of this Ferals rarely run into each other. Most Ferals don't consider themselves to be human because of their ability and tend to withdraw from society. Some embrace their animal side and live off the land, others become small scale criminals, and some try to live on the fringes of society. Ferals become slightly disoriented when changing the first few times.

General
The Halfbreeds aren't known to the general public, the disappearances haven't gone unnoticed by some people and it gets into the paper every now and then. Despite this, there's no record of a Feral ever coming forward to explain everything.
-Collars are made of something metallic and are around every Tamed's neck. They have the eery ability to adjust to the size of the Tamed that wear's it, no matter the size.
