This is basically everything thus far, sectioned off by scenes. Some need to be put in literate speahk, and others still need to be formated:
Bird Scene/Chase: Kaz: *stiffled a laugh at Kiro's pathetic attempt and lagged behind* O_o; Whoops. *starts after group, barking and growling and snarling to scare birds* I feel stupid. =3
Timon: -Rids on ahead of the group, laughing.- >D Yahoooo, keep it up, keep it up!
Kiara: -Turns to Kaz- Don't. -Laughs- It's better than 'sourpuss' over here~ xD He won't roar.
Kovu: -Glares- >>; Fine, then. -Roars, scattering a large portion of the birds-
Kaz: o_o Nice roar. *feels slightly pathetic, but continues on... starting to get into it*
Kiro: *still blushing* 'not as badly as i do' >/////////> *sees that the birds are flying off and lets out a chuckle. /tail wag~* Nice! *Pathetic attempt at rawring didn't work so he tries chasing after them. Starts to forget about his own roar, and lets out a laugh, having fun with it.* Guess you might just get a race in after all, Lu!
Kovu: -Isn't used to compliments like Kaz's. Stares at him oddly- ...Thank you?
Kiara: -Nudges him- Don't be such a stiff~ -Races on ahead, giggling-
Kovu: ... -Beginning to think she's insane.- Getting A Bit of Training for Maddie, Jyuni and Vi
((insert Rhino chase, Star gazing and Rafiki's song))
Kiro’s Talk With Simba: Kiro let out a yawn as the pairs continued to talk. At the moment he couldn’t help but feel like a third wheel. Getting to his feet, he tried not to start worrying himself again by thinking about Maddie and the others being alright. Somehow he thought it would kill the mood. After today, it seemed like they had done nothing more but a bit of bonding. Which was good in a sense, but he shook his head letting out a chuckle. “I think I'm gunna turn in guys. G’night,” he said faking a sleepy tone and started to head back to Pride Rock.
The savannah's warm breeze rippled through his mane, bringing to him the scents of his daughter and Kovu, the outcast. He could see them just barely from where he stood, but couldn't hear their what they were saying. All he could make out were movements and smells, and he didn't like it. And it was so confusing, too. There was no scent of fear in the air, though the faint trace of anxiety was lingering on him, only the usual content scent that you expected from two friends or loved ones was coming from the two on the wind.
He growled a little under his breath, before looking at the stars. Somewhere, his father was up there, watching. What did he think of things as they were? Of the sudden fire and the children that had came with it, and of the help he'd asked of them and their report that maybe he was wrong about Kovu. That last part... No, he didn't believe it. Kovu... The outsiders... They were all the same, just trying to get revenge for what happened with Scar so many years ago.
And that was why he was here, keeping an eye on them both. "Father," he said to the sky, sighing briefly. "I am lost." He was actually admitting it now, if only to himself. Kovu, for all he had thought he was, had done nothing to gain no mercy from him. He had all the chances in the world to kill Kiara, and maybe even himself, but he didn't take them.
"Kovu... Is one of them," and more importantly, "Scar's heir." He knew not if he was truly his son, but still. He doubted Zira would've boasted about it if it were not true.
"How can I accept him?" Walking out away from the others he turned his head back at the four and let out a small sigh. Kovu was ... rough around the edges to say the least but he wasn't all that bad. If anything he reminded him in a lot of ways of a kid who had been able to live for the first time. And somehow he had a sinking suspicion that there was some sort of chemistry in the air...
He turned his eyes forwards only to notice the red mained King, sitting on a hill top close by in the shadows of the night, watching over them. He lowered his head into the brush as not to startle him, but it seemed a bit pointless. Chances were he knew he was already there, if not with the others. Kiro watched him for a moment. Simba was speaking in a low tone but to himself, a worried look on his face. He silently slunk forwards in the grass catching his words as he approached him from behind.
He stopped for a moment as his words puzzled him. "Simba?" he asked, coming up to the King's side and sat down. "If you don't mind me asking, sir," he started knowing he probably could have chosen a better set of words to speak to royalty with, but he knew Simba more like an old family friend more then anything. "What are you doing?" Maybe it was almost to expected, but the stars said nothing. Only twirled in their endless black and continued watching.
From behind him, he heard the faint noises of someone sneaking through the grass. His left ear moved to the sound, judging it. Well, by no means was the person an expert from all the noise they were making. It was probably a lioness wandering about from troubled sleep. Or, at least, that's what he thought 'til he heard a male's voice in the air. He turned his head, his expression mildly surprised, and stood. "Kiro, was it?" In his own worry over his daughter and the Pride Lands, he was having troubling remembering names. It was either stress or age, and he didn't like the thought of either.
He smiled a little at the young cheetah's question, before tilting his head up to the stars, which still remained silent. "I'm not sure if you've ever heard of it, but my father told me that all the great kings of the past are up there, as stars, watching over us." It was amazing to think how many there are, really.
"I was merely asking for some of their wisdom," he said, simply. Kiro blinked at the lion before looking up into the night sky. It seemed no matter where they went the stars looked the same from each of the different worlds he had been to. In the open night sky though, he could see the thousands of them so clearly it was as if he was taking them in for the first time. He let out a sigh though, not understanding the idea that the dead represented another world somewhere off in the distance. He shook his head to the fact though, his longer silver hair that had turned into a scruff of a mane flopped about on the back of his neck.
His haunches shifted though as he looked back to the King. Something was bothering him. That was plain enough. As much as he looked like he didn't want to be bothered though, he looked like he needed to rant. But how to get it out of him?
"Uh..." he started to offer, still a bit lost in the notion to what the Lions believed the stars where. "Did they help?" Simba sighed a little, almost to himself. "No, silent as ever, I'm afraid." He frowned then, looking down from the hill's crest at the two lions beneath them. "My father would never--" He stopped himself, not quite sure where he was going with that. There were many things his father would not do, and he wasn't sure which of them they were.
"Passing judgment on Kovu, or anyone for that matter, is no easy choice," he explained. "He has Scar's darkness within him, and I'm not sure if he knows this or not." He looked away from the two, then, and faced Kiro. He was not his father, and may never be. Could the same be said with Kovu? He was arrogant, yes, but wasn't he just as cocky and full of himself as a cub? "And yet, watching him now, I can't help but see a light in him, too." It was deep, and unpolished, but Simba couldn't just turn away from it. Well that explained a lot. He was worried about Kovu. Following his eye line too, he figured it might be a bit more then that as well. Kovu and Kiara were already growing close, maybe too close for Simba's liking. And with a dark past...
Kiro sighed. Boy this didn't sound familiar at all. "Sometimes people can surprise you though. My father, Riku fell into darkness a long time ago. Back in the days you were fighting along side Sora," he offered a small smile, following suit of keeping Lu's white lie a trend and skipping one generation. "He told me that in that darkness its so easy to loose your way. Even when he was able to break free of it, that darkness stained him in a way..." Remembering the Dark Aura, he didn't doubt that Riku's darkness had stained him as well.
I may not be be the best person to offer advice, but I think sometimes people can surprise you. What fate decides for you and what you decide your fate is are two different things. Even if Scar's darkness is within him, he might not want that life," he continued, before letting out a soft sigh. "The rest is just maybe putting faith in others that they can change for the better. You just have to get to know them and see," Kiro offered the other with a smile before he stopped. Simba didn't answer but only looked back to the others. Kiro stood again, figuring he might as well let the King think about it and started back for Pride Rock. Hopefully Lixel hadn't gotten herself into too much trouble. Silently, Simba listened as Kiro talked. He'd heard the name Riku before from Sora, though he had never met the man personally. Another who had fell to the darkness, huh? Just like Scar.
Maybe what Kiro was saying was true. He, himself, was nothing like his father. Some may think him wise, but he didn't think it so. Others brave for his actions, when perhaps it might be said to be akin to Zira's own plans. Maybe their father's roles had nothing to do with it, nothing at all. They were as they were, finding a path for themselves. Not alone, per se, but that didn't mean that it wasn't theirs to choose.
Slowly, but surely, he was beginning to see not Scar whenever he looked at Kovu, but just Kovu.
"Perhaps you are right," he said, to the wind. Kiro was gone. Perhaps he was finally getting used to being a cheetah.
Simba smiled, glancing back at the two on the lower hill, before leaving. With the coming dawn, he could sense a change.
In Upendi: Kaz x Lu's, Kiara x Kovu's love scene
Morning After ;D / Simba's Talk with Kovu
Simba Chase/Nuka's Death A soft rolling chuckle came from the unsettling dust around the two lions. Her head low, she watched her son’s eyes dart about in confusion as his own pride slinked forth from the shadows, their eyes caught up in the light and dust, which almost made them appear to be glowing.
“No… oh no. No.. no,” Kovu continued over his breath as the larger of the two males started to growl. Two against eight. Weren’t good numbers. Zira raised her head, a devilish smile hung across her lips.“Why, Simba,” she started in a coo.
“Zira,” the King growled in a heated tone.
She continued. “What are you doing out here, and,” a pause, smirking to her son, “So alone.” The red lion growled back as the circle started to enclose around them. He had his back to Kovu, thinking the other would protect his flank. Oh what a mistake.
“Well done Kovu…” Zira continued, her eyes on her beloved son. Sure, there had been her doubts but Kovu’s actions moved like clockwork. “Just like we always planned.” Now they had him. And the pieces fell together in Simba’s eyes.
“YOU!” Simba said turning on Kovu. He had walked him right into an ambush, and now Simba’s act of trust would cost him his life. Even now though, Kovu protested. A look of sheer fear hung on his face. “N-NO! I didn’t have anything to do with this!” he tried to explain, almost pleadingly. Why now though, Zira didn’t know, and could only glare at the thought of not understanding why he couldn’t let go of his farce.
“Attack!” Zira hissed.
“NO!”

Noctis smiled as the girl’s scrimmage against the Heartless was wrapping up. To think, only two days ago they had landed in this world and they were already learning to adapt; both in survival and fighting off Heartless. Her purple eyes bounded with Jyuni as the girl road along on the back of a Ground Stomper, pulling hard back on the rim of its boney horned skull to successfully stampede it through a force of NeoShadows. Madison herself was turning out to be a force, turning wildly sending electric shots here and there from her weapon. She wouldn’t deny the girl had a set grace to her fighting style as well. And Violex, not surprisingly was proving herself to be worthy of her Keyblade. She remembered of her mother telling about Sora and his brat friends, running her plans amuck, but she had always marveled at the Keyblade’s renowned strength. As for herself, she could do nothing more then give a warning shout here or there. If she tried to help them more in an attack, she’d have to use magic of her own, quite possibly blowing her cover.
As the Heartless fell though, the three girls plopped down to the ground winded. Jyuni let out a short gasp of breath, reclaiming her footing on the ground before she tucked her fan to her side. “How come these things keep coming back? You think they would get a hint eventually.”
Noctis smiled softly before trotting over to them, “Who knows but it looks like they’re gone for-” The sound of roars cut her off. Turning her head sharply to peer into the ash that still hung in the air, a fight was happening nearby. Her eyes narrowed, trying to see what was happening before Vi jumped to her feet. “That sounds like the Pride. They could be in trouble!”
~~~
Biting hard into the King’s back, Nuka smirked with wild anticipation as the fight progressed. Kovu tried throwing one of the other girls off, lord knows why, and was kicked out of the way as consequence. His younger brother hit his head broadside on a nearby rock, before his body went limp, unconscious. Nuka smirked, almost happy for his brother’s plight. ‘Good riddance,’ he thought to himself before he tackled Simba with another lioness, and the King rolled. Lucky for them there was a canyon wall, and possibly a twelve foot drop. The King fell hard, as he heard his mother hiss out with an insane glee.
“YES! We’ve got him!”
Vatani lead the pack sliding down the rocks into the ravine. Ahead the King struggled to his feet then bolted. His limp obviously gave away his pain, but he was persistent on getting away. Nuka glanced to his mother again before breaking into a sprint to catch up with the others. He had a feeling in his gut- ‘Today’s gunna be the day! I just know it! I’m finally gunna prove myself!’
~~~
Vi sprinted ahead of the others, only to have just missed the fight. Instead she found an unconscious lion on the ground. It looked like he had a bad bump on his head. Summoning her Keyblade to her mouth she let out a muffled cry, “Cure!” as the others caught up. The green light settled around the male, before his eyes fluttered back open.
The panther seemed to recognize him. “Kovu? What happened? Why were you-” she started but the lion cut her off with a sharp growl. “No. I can’t let them do this!” He turned on his feet and sprinted after the others.
“Wait,” Maddie started turning to the panther, “Kovu, as in the guy who was sent in to the Pride Lands to knock off the current king?” Noctis didn’t answer her. Vi only saw her eyes narrow darkly, before she let out a mutter. “This was not according to plan…”
~~~
“Remember your training! As a unit!” Nuka heard his mother called from behind them. Up ahead though Simba was running into a dead end. The river that had run through here had left a pile of dead trees, blocking his escape. The other lioness’s tried to follow, and Simba pushed down on one of the logs behind him, sending it rolling their way. With ospticals like that, climbing after the King would be impossible. He growled darkly- Nuka’s eyes widened. The brute was actually half way up the logs and another lion was now at the top of the ravine blocking off his exit. His brother, the chosen one; How the heck was Kovu-
“Simba!” his younger brother called out to the King.
Hope relighted itself in his mother’s eyes. From above, Kovu had the advantage; He could end it so easily! “Get him Kovu! Get him!” she yelled, prodding his actions on. Kovu turned above, and ignored Simba completely though, trying to find a quick way down into the ravine. His mother though growled, “Do it! NOW!”
Nuka flared his teeth. No way! This was HIS chance! The termite wasn’t going to take this hour away from him too!
“I’ll do it-” Nuka yelled out in a bound forwards up the logs. “For you mother!!” Danger of being crushed was the least thing on his mind as the bark made his footing precarious. "Mother! Are you watching?!" As long as she could see him, he didn't care about the danger. He wasn’t going to let Simba escape alive. Digging his claws into the wood, he let out a chuckle, pressing himself forwards. “I’m doing it for you… And I’m doing it for me!”
Simba was almost to the top, before he felt a sharp pain catch him from the back of his heel. He felt the others blood seep across his claws as the King let out a cry, trying to pull away. “This! Is my moment of glory!” Nuka spat out, a twisted look of envy and madness was the only thing his eyes held.
CRACK! It was then the log his hind leg slipped out from under him, and the dark cat fell backwards. The logs had caved in out from under him and Nuka started to roll. “What- AH!” he cried out as the debris of the dam continued to slide and felt on slam against his rib cage. Trying to push himself free, he looked up only to see Simba escaping over the top and the rest of the wall’s face start to come down as well. Fear gripped his mind. All he could see was the massive log coming down on him.
“NO!” he heard his mother cry, before there was a sound of a large crash and the cracking and clattering of wood against bones.
The girls ran alongside Kovu as he slid down into the ravine. Noctis stopped though as she saw the dust settling from the collapse. Within moments the younger brother was on top of the pile, desperately trying to claw back the wood with his arms, but he was sharply knocked out of the way by his mother. He slunk backwards, before Zira lifted a massive log out of the way, something Noctis was sure Zira didn’t look like she was capable of moving it on her own.
A hard winded cough came from the pile under her. “Nuka…” Zira started holding back a breath laden with tears at the sight of her son.
The trapped lion gasped for air again, and looked up at her with a week voice. “I’m sorry.. M-mother…. I t-tried…” Zira let out a silent ‘Shhh,’ to try to comfort him, leaning down as far as she could reach, placing her paw on the side of his cheek.
“Well… I finally got your attention didn’t I?” Nuka asked with a heartbroken smile. “…D-didn’t… I?” Noctis felt his lift slip away with that dying breath, as she looked on with a hard gaze. A disdained look left Zira’s eyes broken and confused.
Vatani came up alongside her mother and could only look down at her brother’s body, still buried. “Nuka…”
Kovu's Exhile
The Battle Scene/Zira's Death Maddie: AHEM. [/LICKS HIS FACE AND PROTECTIVELY SETTLES DOWN IN FRONT OF HIM]
Kiro: M-Maddie? *still dazed* W-hat... *glomps her forgetting they're in the middle of a warr zone* You're alright!!!
Maddie: You're hurt...... I.... I... hurt you....
Kiro: what are you talking ab- oh... well... *eyes reopen, ignoring the pain on cue though his rib cage has a scortch mark. he starts speaking a bit more quickly, picking up a saber with his tail* where are the others? And how'd you guys land up here? We have to help Simba fight these guys out of here!
Maddie: Ah! D-don't move. No... wait... *gets up and pushes him away, looking frantically back at the fray, unable to tell which side is which* With.... Kovu--to fight the monster tyrant simba. Wait? No! Simba's a monster. He killed Nuka and he killed his own uncle to get the throne
Kiro: *gives her a shocked look* wait what? Simba's not a tyrant. *is glad for the moment they're being ignored by the other lionesses* He's a good guy! D: He helped Sora back when he first had to fight off the Heartless, and Sora helped him fight off his uncle to reclaim the throne after Scar murdered his father and drove him into exhile!
Maddie: How hard did I hit you?! Simba drove Vitani and Kovu's family into exile! He sent mothers and cubs off to starve for not believing in his politics. And--Sora? Sora was never here. Whaddya talking about?
Kiro: What? *still really confused, looking between Maddie and the exhiles, wondering just where the hell she and the others had been the last few days.* Sora had a link with Simba. Back when he was our age, he friends with him. Simba's on our side, Maddie. And the Outcast's are out here becase they wanted to kill him and the rest of his family! D: They're still trying too!
Maddie: OUR side? OUR side? His lionesses nearly killed me! D-don't tell me he got to you guys. You can't believe a word he's said; he's no different from people like Rufus or *can't think of anyone else* ........
Kiro: *stops hearing that she was attacked* Nala might have not known any better Maddie... *shakes his head not wanting to defend the queen's actions* I'm serious though. Ask Lu, even Kaz knows. Zira's evil. She sent her own son in to try to trick his daughter into falling in love with him and then tried to kill him when Simba was just about to let Kovu join the Pride and- *doesn't know if he's getting through* You have to trust me, Simba's on our side D:
Maddie: Zira's on our side. SIMBA sent an entire pack of lionesses after me and Violex when we stepped into the Pridelands to try and look for you. And don't bring Kazzie into this--you know he'll believe any bullshit sob story you feed to him!
Kiro: Maddie... *pleading look but looks up again as the fight starts to increase. His eyes narrow as he spots Zira in the mob, a dark power growing around her. Joining the fight, her claws start to glow in a dark light as she sends out an attack that breaks through Simba's forces. He frowns with a glare to the lioness* Can our side summon heartless and use dark attacks like that?
Maddie: Ye--...... [/speechless] That... we..... Maddie: ........................ (THAT. b***h)...... We gotta get Jyuni and Vi out of that messs and Kazzie too
Kiro: *nods and quickly looks about.* he and Lu are back fighting with the-*hears Zira roar as she attacks Simba head on, and the others seem to all go silent.* King...
Zira: *lets him get to his feet as a circle starts to form around the two of them. They start to pace in a half circle as the rain continues to fall down. The poise to strike* ....
((inscert Kovu/Kiara entering, and Zira falling into the ravine))
and HAPPY ENDING / Time to va'moose.
