Recap:

"Katheren, No magic, you have forfited your claim"
"Father, I did no such thing...I don't know what is happening," I said as the water engulfed me swerling around me, then rushing like a river to my father. "No! I yelled" and placed a barrior around my father.
"Katheren!" father strengthend my barrior however the wave came back upon me like a mercyless tied, I couldn't block it fast enough suddenly drained of all energy I colasped as the wave hit me. I hit the marble wall behind me knocking the wind from my lungs...

I felt the air leave my lungs and I droped to my knees when the water subsited. I was trying to breath and pull myself up but knew I was spent and was left in the heep on the floor. Father reach me first with a new speed I had never seen before, droping his sword as he came.
"Starrena, save my daughter, Please!" father said while holding me in his arms.
"Yes Sire," and she bent over me examining with her magic eyes.
"I am ....Fine," I attempted but couldn't manage anymore for blood poored from my mouth.
"Her rib must have puctured a lung, pease Sire , I need room"
Father paced my head gently on the floor and slowly backed away but watched every movement. "Do it Star." was the last thing I heard before all went Black.

The King looked down at his uncountious daughter, fear griping him. For he knew what had just happened, history it seems would repeat itself. No he wouldn't let it take his daughter like her mother before her this time would be different. The water elf blood must have been dorment, there must be a way to fix this. He would hide her away so the waterelves wouldn't see her until she could control these new abilities. He only hoped that when she change she would figure out how to change back.
"Sire I have healed her ribs and lung, but I know not what to do about this new energy I feel." said the very worried Star
"Do not worry we shall take care of this soon. For now take her to the inner swimming area and place her bed there"
"but Sire, should we not...."
"Star, I need you to trust me, Do as I command and only you shall stay with her there, what happens will remain quiet." the worried king comanded.
"As you wish Sire, you heard the king help me move her and you bring her a bed" with that Star left with Katheren being carried behind. Once they were gone the servent who had interupted come forward
"Sire, there is a problem", annoced to the king
"What problem?" the king demanded. what else could go wrong.
"the Prince's party was attacked on the way here however he maid it to the check point unharmed and with minamal injuries."
"Send a group of 20 soldiers and our second healer now to the princes party to help them reach the castle safely"
"at once Sire", and with that the servent left the King to ponder his thoughts.

"Oohhh my head," a very disoriented Kat said
"Thank the God, you are unharmed", said a very excited Star
"wait this is bad the duel is forfit, I will have to try again,Star"
"I can't believe you did the first one"
"Well what was I suppost to do Star, He wouldn't listen to me. I did what would end this. What happened anyway?"
"I was hoping Kat that you would tell me, Kat"
"Perhaps I can Clear this up," said a very troubled looking King
"Father?" I said now worried.
"Starren, leave us long enough to get a meal for yourself and for Katheren would you?"
"Yes Sire," and with that Star left us.
"Father what is going on?" I was tired of the secrets
"I should have told you long ago, but i didn't want to consider the possiblility."
"What possibility father?"
"Your mother was Water Elf"
"What?"
"Yes, and there for you are half water elf, I was hopeful that since it was watered down in your blood that you would not suffer the same fate as most water elfs."
"So mom was..."
"Yes she was asked to be there pristess and in the end it killed her"
"how?"
"The requests, and tasks were to great to the water god and thous she was sacroficed to appese the false god. the minute you started to show signs of any talent I hid you away for her people have always watched you closely though I kept your heratage a secret from most of the kingdom. very few know."
"Father, hiding me away will not change who, or what I am and I will not remain here forever." I was beyond angery for the secrets and the lies.
"Please control yourself your emotions control the water powers you must remain calm or the water elves will find you. I will not let them take you, It would cause a war like no other. Please Kat."
I knew he was right there, I took some deep breaths I had heard stories about the water elves and it wasn't pretty some were kind but many were evil and demenstaited unquie ablities that made them very popular subject to understand."very well father but what can be done?"
"your mother left me with something that you will need, a journal to help you should this happen, though she prayed it wouldn't." He handed me a book." the best thing you can do is learn to control your powers before you are discovered."
"If I do this will you let me come and go as I Please?"
"Katheren, I can' t make that Promise I..."
"Father! I am an adult and have my own life to live, Agree or I will leave strait to the water elves now."
"Katheren you must not. please, fine if you do the lessions and are able to be flawless."
"Agreed father"
"You must tell no one of your roots"
"But father if I am to do this I must have help, Alow me to tell Star atleast." I needed someone to confide in and he knew it.
"Verywell. but noone else. I will have a blood oath on this, Katheren"
"You have it father." so we sealed the pact with each cutting our palms and closeing the wounds just as Star appeared.
"I shall take my leave please start training soon."
