Cupcakes
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
Step 1
Add egg, milk, and sugar to bowl and mix.
Step2
Add pancake mix and stir well.
Step 3
Pour into paper cups, filling each halfway.
Step 4
Put paper cups from Step 3 into microwave and heat for 4-5minutes.
Done when you poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
