A darkness surrounds.
Envelopes completely.
A warmth engulfs me.
Hiding from me... reality.
It pulls me down.
Further in it's depths.
A cocoon of surrender.
That I'm willing to forget.
It's a seduction of mind.
That calls to me each minute.
A siren song of comfort.
To come immerse myself in it.
To lose myself into the world
of my mind,
To allow it free reign,
Makes me feel so sane.
I close my eyes
and let it take me.
Drowning and sinking,
The darkness sets me free.
