Here lies Love Lasts Forever Chapter 5: Sudden Dreams, Maybe Signs. Alrighty....This is just the beginning! Wonderful, yes? I hope you enjoy cheese, my readers. There will be much cheese to come. There will also be lots of confusion and fighting and such. The fighting comes a lil later though ^^;

He awoke to a smuthering feeling. He opened his eyes to find her latched onto him for it seemed like it was for dear life, and shaking. He leaned up, and looked into her eyes, still shut. "Hey....Ku-chan....You alright?" he asked, while postioning her more comfortably on him. She opened her eyes and looked up at him. "Niinii...I had a bad dream...." she said, sounding quite shaken by whatever happened in her dream. "Oh...I'm sorry...what happened?" he asked, gently rubbing her back to try and calm her. She took a deep breathe. "I had a dream i was taken away... And i couldn't come back... And he came to get me... And i don't know who he was...But he came to get me... Niinii...I don't ever want to leave you..." She sounded way to innocent for her own good...She seemed so young... Yet she was only a little younger than he was... He turned a little pink and responded "Oh Ku-chan.... Its okay... I won't let anyone take you..." It seemed like his pity for her was starting to actually become something more. His heart pounded vigoursly and she looked up at him. "Niinii...Thank you..." she said, then she kissed his cheek. She slowly got up, and had his hand in hers.

It had been about a month or so, and this had become a daily routine. Well, other than the bad dream. They walked into the kitchen and ate breakfast, while suddenly Kumoriiki brought up an interesting question. "Niinii, why are we here all alone?" Truthfully, he hadn't noticed until she brought it up. It had been a while... Then he remembered. That was one of the reasons he had went for that walk on the beach. His mom and younger brother had fought with him... They were moving. They were going far away, and his mom forced him to pack up, or she was leaving him. He was old enough to fend for himself, he had already gotten along pretty well on his own anyway. They were kind of distant...

"Ku-chan...They....Left.... Thats why..." he said. She looked up at him and pondered it for a breif moment. "They hated us?" she said, questionabbly. "Well...Mom...She thought i would do fine by myself..." he said, kind of thinking what he was going to say next. "What do you mean by yourself, i'm here too. Did she not want me either?" He looked into her eyes, so bright and innocent. He couldn't bear to tell her she wasn't related to him. He had tried several times before. He would cassualy try to tell her, but she overlooked it, and he just couldn't tell her... He didn't want her to break...

The day was a typical one. One of games and tv and such. Surprisingly, he was able to pay all the bills. They were relatively low prices, as if only one person was living there. Kumoriiki didn't use a lot, and she didn't eat to much either. Its like she was not there, according to the bills, and constant food supply. Soon enough, it was time for bed. She had grown accustomed to wearing his pajamas and chaged pretty fast. She climbed into bed, and Kaikirai did the same. After telling her goodnight, he turned off the light. Her response was "I love you Kaikirai" and then she turned away to try and drift off.

She was almost asleep when she felt his arms around her, pulling her closer. His heart pounded and hers did the same, from the shock. He came close to her face. She was undeniably pink. Super pink. The adrenaline rush... He put his mouth to her ear. She breathed panicy. Then he bit her. His breathing became less intense as he pushed away from her. He seemed to be radiating heat....She shivered, even though she was burning up on the inside. He then mumbled something illegible and went to sleep. Kumoriiki was confused. She didn't sleep for a long while.
