CHRISTMAS IS COMMING

It's hard to believe that the big day is just a week away. I started noticeing some decorations last week but there are even more now. This morning an elf ran up to me in the street looking quite worried. He was babbling something about the jolly old man himself getting turned into a cow? Yeh, I still don't understand it either but apparently it's true. Well, of course I agreed to help out. The rest of the day I spent hunting down various parts to help the elves make toys. The work is actually quite rewarding, I hope we can get Santa out of this mess in time for Christmas.

Other than that, things have been fairly quite around here. Even though it's cold I still manage to go fishing sometimes. I think I'm getting better at it too. Not catching as much trash now. I actually caught a striper once! I did get a better rod but I honestly don't think that has much to do with it.

I've been preparing for the holiday on my own too. Looking around for a festive outfit. Don't know if I'll have the courage to wear it though. The other day I sent a present to a friend of mine. Wonder if he's opened it yet (I told him not to). Anyway, hope he likes it.
