Chapter 6 (can u guess wat will happen?)
Hey everyone! Sorry about not posting the next chapter sooner i have been swamped with homework and helping out friends with stuff well without any further ado bc i really want to write and I’m sure u really want to read... HERE IT IS CHAPTER 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (FINALLY)
Chapter 6: Do you love me?
When Koji woke up the next morning he noticed something. He felt something wrapped around him and his face was touching something. When he opened his eyes he saw that it was Takuya! He had his arms wrapped around him and Takuya was holding him close in his sleep. At first Koji didn’t know what to do, if he should wake him up or just stay. (Inner Koji: Yes!!! IM going to stay like this forever!!!) But then Takuya woke up and saw that he was holding Koji. For a second they just stared at each other then they both pulled away and started blushing. "Sorry" said Takuya. "Its ok" said Koji still blushing. "Do you want something for breakfast?" "Sure" Takuya replied. "Ok ummm you can take a shower if you want" Koji said pointing to the bathroom. "Everything is in the closet". "Ok" said Takuya. So Takuya went to take a shower (no peaking ) while Koji went to fix breakfast. After a while when Takuya came out he could smell something delicious. When he got to the kitchen he saw that it was pancakes! (Horary!!!! pancakesXD) "Hey" said Takuya " I think something’s wrong with the shower. The water wouldn’t drain out." "Yeah" said Koji "The stove is acting weird too. I set it on medium and it feels like its on super high or something."(Could something be going on thats not a coincidence?) "Oh well. What do you want to drink?" said Koji. "Umm i guess some milk" said Takuya. Then all of a sudden Shikamaru and Kiba burst through the door. "Hi guys!" shouted Kiba. "We are ready for breakfast" said Shikamaru. "Dont you two ever go home!" shouted Koji. "And who said you could just come over uninvited! Plus don't you two ever go home?" So with one of these on his forehead, Koji set the table for all of them to eat. "So did anything interesting happen while we were gone?" asked Kiba. And Koji quickly looking up at Takuya and then down again said "Nothing happened." Kiba and Shikamaru just looked at each other with grins in disbelief. Then because the conversation had ended Takuya said "So, Koji how did you get such a big place?" Koji immediately stopped eating and said with his head hung low "Its my parents." Then Takuya went on not noticing Koji's mood towards the subject "Wow they let you live here yourself? They must be awesome you will have to introduce me sometime." Then Kiba and Shikamaru looked at each other with wide eyes worried about what would happen next. Shikamaru was about to try and change the subject when he was interrupted by Koji abruptly standing. "You can't see them,” he said, "no one ever can." And with that he ran out of the house as fast as he could. Kiba and Shikamaru looked at each other and Takuya said, "Did i say something?" "His parents died a long time ago when he was still little" said Shikamaru. "They were out in the park when some guy demanded his father to give him his wallet. When he didn't he shot Koji's father and Koji's mother died protecting him." Then Takuya realizing what he had done stood up but was stopped by Kiba. "Just leave him alone for now,” he said "Hopefully he will come back before nightfall." After a while of running Koji stopped breathless and sat down to catch his breath still thinking about earlier. The sun was almost completely set now and as the last few rays were fading Koji heard a voice out of the Darkness that said "There is so much darkness in your heart gaurdian of water. Not even a glimmer of light." And with that Koji was completely surrounded by darkness and disappeared. "The sun has set and he’s still not back yet.” said Shikamaru. "I have a bad feeling" "Its all my fault!" said Takuya. "If i wouldn’t have gone and opened my big mouth." "Its not your fault" said Kiba "You didn’t know." "Wells it about time we find him." said Shikamaru. "So where is he Takuya?" asked Kiba. "How should i know?" Because you fire and he’s water, you have a special connection being opposite elements. You can sense where he is." said Shikamaru. So Takuya closed his eyes and concentrated as hard as he could. "I keep trying but i keep sensing he’s right here, where I’m standing" said Takuya. Shikamaru held his hand to his chin trying to think. Then his eyes opened wide with fright. "Takuya, Koji gave you his power right?" "Yeah" said Takuya "but i gave it back to him." Then Shikamaru looked at Kiba and he knew they were both thinking the same thing. "You didn’t give him his power back" said Kiba "You gave him yours." "Well we can just switch back right?" asked Takuya. "Its not that simple" said Shikamaru "You are both defenseless with each others power inside of you." Takuya was shocked and he said "Then we have to hurry Koji could be in trouble." "Wait there is more" said Kiba. "I f we dont hurry and find Koji and switch your powers back, you will both die." "So you better hurry up and find out where he is" said Shikamaru. "How?" Takuya replied. "If you have his powers he has yours. Use his to find yours." said Kiba. So Takuya concentrated and tried to find his powers. Then all of the sudden Takuya diapered into a blue light. Kiba and Shikamaru looked at each other and knew that Takuya had accidentally used Koji's power to teleport to Koji. There was nothing they could do now. It was up to them.
When Takuya opened his eyes it was pitch black except for this little glimmer of light in the distance with a figure in it. After a second Takuya realized it was Koji. He had been chained to a wall. "Koji!" Takuya yelled as he started to run towards him. "Takuya?" Koji said. Takuya ran up to Koji and could almost reach out and touch him when a barrier threw him back. "You can’t get near me,” said Koji "The demon put up a barrier." "Where is he?" said Takuya. I dont know but you cant fight him. I'm sure you have realized it, we can’t use each others powers." "Yeah i know. But then how do i help you?" "You would have to destroy the demon. He’s like a demon of the dark, a demon of despair and hate. He feeds off of it." Then out of nowhere Takuya was hit by something that flung him into the barrier, which threw him right back. "Takuya!" Koji screamed. "Well look at what we have here. The gaurdian of fire." "Who said that?" Takuya screamed into the darkness. "I am Bakuya (random name not sure if it has any meaning what so ever^^) the demon of darkness and hate." And as he said that Takuya was once a gin knocked around. Then Koji realized something. "Demon of darkness" "demon of hate" he said in his mind. After being beaten around Takuya landed by the barrier and Koji said "Takuya." "Huh?" Takuya said while looking at Koji. He saw that Koji was blushing bright red and Koji couldn't believe what he was about to say. "Takuya... do you love me?" Takuya just sat there looking at Koji with his mouth open a bit not being able to speak. “Do you?" Koji repeated still blushing. "I do" Takuya said getting up while walking towards Koji. He walked straight up to him and Koji shackles disappeared and he landed on the ground. They were both just standing there in front of each other and Takuya said, "I do, i do love you Koji". And then Takuya put his hand up to Koji's cheek and slowly kissed him. Bakuya was in the shadows screaming in pain. Then the darkness slowly started to vanish and once it was all gone Bakuya burst with a bright light and there was nothing left of him. Takuya slowly came away from Koji's lips and when he noticed that they were in the exact spot where Koji disappeared. "What happened?" Takuya said. "He was a demon of Darkness and hate," Koji said, "so love and light destroyed him." "Well done!" they heard behind them. When they looked over they saw Shikamaru and Kiba. "It seems that we are always interrupting something doesn't it Shikamaru?" said Kiba. Thats when Takuya noticed he was still holding Koji and he slowly took his hands off, Koji still blushing. "Well, why are we just standing around? Lets go home.” said Koji So they all walked home (to Koji's house at least). Later that night Koji was sitting outside on the deck looking up at the full moon over the ocean. Takuya went outside (Shikamaru and Kiba spying from inside of course) and said "Hey, Koji?" "Hmmm?" Koji replied. "Look I’m sorry about earlier. I shouldn't have brought it up." "Its all right" said Koji. "Hey Takuya?" "Yeah?" Takuya responded. "When i asked if you loved me, did you mean it?" Takuya just stared for a minute. "I haven’t let myself love anyone because i didn’t want to feel the pain of loss again." Koji said "But i can't help but...love you" he said blushing. Shikamaru and Kiba were still spying hearing every word and Shikamaru said quietly to Kiba "It's like Koji's cold shell has melted away. Like he’s finally starting to show his true feelings." "We have Takuya to thank for that" said Kiba. "Oh i almost forgot,” said Takuya. "I still need to give this back to you" he said holding his hand to his chest. Koji was annoyed because Takuya didn't answer him but stood up and they both swapped their powers back. "I did mean it Koji" Takuya said to Koji's surprise. "I do love you, with every fiber of my being i love you." said Kiba as he held Koji close and kissed him. And they both just stood there under the moonlight kissing.
