"Pray and God shall forgive you! Ask for forgiveness and it shall be given!"
"Forgive me, Lord!" They shouted.
"You shall be redeemed of your sins if you just ask the Lord!"
I began to feel uncomfortable. Should I join in all of this madness?
"Pray to the Lord. Pray. Pray! PRAY!" He took a deep breath. "Now, lets all have a moment of silence to pray to the good Lord..." He wiped the sweat off of his forehead, watching as everyone prayed. Everyone but me.
This whole time, and all the other times I have been here, I have always thought what this was all about. Why do we all even bother with this? What good has this ever done for us? What good has this ever done for me?
I was losing faith. Or had I already lost it? I was unsure. Maybe I was hanging on by a thread.
I looked to my parents. They were deep into prayer. What were they praying for? I can't imagine what their messed up minds would pray for. Hopefully it was for one of them to get the guts to ask for a divorce.
"Mother?" I whispered as quietly as I could.
"What?" She snarled, glaring at me while trying to act like she was still in prayer.
"Can I go?"
"Go? Go where?" Her glare began digging into me.
"Anywhere but here..." I grunted.
"You're not going anywhere!" She snarled at me again. Her glare digging deeper and deeper every moment.
Coughs, grunts, and shh's filled the church, trying to get the two of us to shut the hell up.
I looked at everybody and got up. "Go to Hell, mother!" I yelled. "Can't you see I don't want to be here? I hate this place. I hate you. I hate dad. I hate this forsaken planet! I do NOT want to be here anymore!" I snapped. I ******** snapped. I don't know why I did. But I did. I didn't hate my mom. I didn't hate dad. Sure, I hated the church. They were all a bunch of freaks who had no lives, so they pledged it to this idol called God.
Everybody was staring at me in silence. Absolute silence.
I jolted out the front doors as fast as I could.


Earth... How long has it been? I've been in Heaven for a while. "God?" I looked up at the sky.
