The Old Life, Chapter 10
Today was the worst ever. Sadow was gone. He was the only thing that mostly kept me sane...I guess. I was packing what little things I had in my back pack. All I really had was a couple of tight shirts and tight shorts (good thing i didn't have any boobs then). I spend half of my day in the tube and the rest training, eating, and sleeping. But on some days I train, eat, and sleep. I finished in minutes. Tayuya stood outside my door waiting. She had a serious but alittle sadness look on her face. Nothing was heard, as we traveled to the Akatsuki hide out. Once we were there I sighed. Tayuya placed her hand on my shoulder. I looked at her confussed. "It's going to be boring without you kiddo." I smiled slightly and continued to walk. When inside it was darker then Orochimaru's place. I guess I was in the main section. Everyone was there, even Kisame.
"Welcome!" said this guy with an orange mask with a huge spiral on it. It also had a hole in it. Hopefully for him to see. "Yeah un," a blonde joined in. He was weird looking, but ok. There was a red head and he was pale looking. A green head. His face was divided in half. Half of it was white and the other was black. The thing that surrounded his head was or looked like a venus fly trap. Lastly a black head. He had long hair, that was pulled into a ponytail. Most of all they all wore black trench coats with little red clouds on it. "The leader isn't here at the moment. Neither is Kakuzu and Hidan," said the red head. No body said anything after that. "Anyway," said the blonde, "I'm Deidara, that's Zetsu, Sasori, Itachi, Tobi, and Kisame." I nodded. "Where are we going to put her?" Zetsu questioned, "We could put her with us." "And let you eat her, no way," Kisame spoke. "What about Tobi? Tobi will be good." "That settles it yah." "Sure." When that was settled everyone got up and left. I could tell Tobi was happy when he skipped. If he wasn't wearing that mask, I could see his smile.
I couldn't sleep that night. Knowing Sadow wasn't going to be with me anymore. "What's wrong little sister?" "Little sister?" "Mhm." I sighed "Nothing just thinking." That night it was quiet. Back in Orochimaru's palce it would also be just as quiet as this but Tayuya would yell at Jirobo for snorring so loud and I would just giggle to myself. Here nothing was heard and it was pitch black in the rooms. I tried gong to sleep but the thing on my mind was, would I ever see Sadow again. Also why did Orochimaru put me here for such a silly thing. When he told me I was coming here he looked or sounded like he was being a father. It's funny though, he's being so nice to me and Ranala (sometmes), while in Khonoha he is feared, and is their enemy. I guess even bad people have their good sides.
To my surprise I fell asleep. I opened my eyes to the room being light by candles all around. But what caught my eye the most, was Tobi. To me he was sleeping, so I went to check. I got out of his bed and tip toed over to him. "Tobi," I whispered. Getting clsoer to him, I thought he wasn't breathing but he was. I went to poke him. "BOO!" He startled me and I fell over hitting my head on the bed post while Tobi was still laughing. "I got you little sister!" I growled at him. "Toooobbiiiii!" I was pissed. He stopped lauging when I went to pounce on him. I did successively but he dodged at the last minute. If he could, his tounge would be sticking out. Before he could get up I tackled him. He screamed like a girl in surpise. I grabed his short hair, pulling him towards me. The door opened to Deidara, when I stopped in the middle of my punch. "Um, I was going to tell Saga that the leader wanted to see you...however it looks as though you two are busy." "No, I'm not." I got off of Tobi, dusting myself off. I did the "I'm watching you" sign and left with Deidara.
While walking I still had the urge to punch something but it soon passed. "What are you wearing?" "My pjs." "Didn't you wear those when you came here?" "Yes and no. Yes because these look the same and no because these are clean. Orochimaru buys me alot of the same clothes." "Oh." We soon came to a door. Going in it was even more darker then ever! I could see every bit of my body, as it glowed lightly. For Deidara I could only see his figure. Suddenly I was surrounded by shadowy figures. "So this is the little miracle?" "Don't understamate(sp) her. She fought with Kisame and alomst killed him." "Where is Orochimaru, he should be here?" "I think he quited." "Hm. Now that we've seen her get her suited up and ready." "Hai," said Deidara.
We left to go get my trench coat. They were all meant for tall people. "If only you were older un." I hmphed. He found my size and went to cut the bottom off, making zig zags. "Give that to me." I took it from him and started from the beginning cutting off the messed up part. "You're good at this." I nodded, "It comes in handy when you have a hole in your pants." When I was done I put it on. Deidara smiled, "You'd look just like me if you had yellow hair and placed it in a ponytail." I nodded. Thinking, I took off my coat and ran out the room. I went to Tobi's room and into the bathroom. Only in this room had real light in it. While I was in ther I took a shower. Getting out, I dried off and clothed myself. I looked at myself in the mirror. My hair had grown majorly. It was down to my knees. I wanted a change to my look. With that I took a hand full of my hair and cut it off.
"Little sister, what are you doing in there," Tobi squrims, "I have to take a piss!" Satisfied with the way my hair looked, I came out. Tobi stared at me when I did. "Oh my crackers, it's a mini Sasori with black hair!" I just had to laugh then. "No it's me Tobi." "Why you cut your hair?" "I don't know, I just wanted a change to myself." "Oh." Then Tobi ran like a fool to the bathroom. He came back out but only showing his head. "Oh yah, Kisame says it's time for your mission." "Ok." He went back in to do his business. Maybe this place isn't so bad if it has peole like Tobi here. I put my coat on and run out the door to my mission.
