| A short chapter... there's a lot that's going to happen after this point in the next part, so I wanted to get this little piece out of the way before I tried jumping into the other << the next section will probably be in two different parts for the simple fact that it's so long...so... yeah... get ready for a cliff-hanger in the next journal entry xP |

"Hey, Keijimura." Shiva turned his attentino from the ground he had been examining so thoroughly as he walked to find Naoe standing in front of him. The usual arms folded over his chest, he seemed the same angry person he had been the day previously.
"What do you want?" The boy snapped. He had to be the last person that Shiva wanted to see that day. Especially after what had happened in the lockerroom just the day prior.
"I wanted to apologize." The look on his face was serious with no hint of remorse, but Shiva couldn't help but be suprised by it. Naoe did not look the type to apologize for anything, even if he knew he was wrong and had screwed up. So why was he? It was strange...
"Why?"
"For yesterday. I never though that brute would take his anger out on you." That only served to make Shiva more curious. Naoe had left the lockerroom before that particular incident happened, so how would he know about it? Unless Rokuta was already gloating to the school how he had beat up another boy just to make himself look cool. Which, honestly, Shiva had no idea how that worked; how could one be cool by beating up someone smaller and weaker?
"How did you...?" Before the words left him, Naoe quickly approached and poked the boy's rib. Shiva could not help recoiling with a cringe as the pain of his bruise shot through his body.
"The way you were walking. I could tell." Something short of a glare passed the bldone's eyes as he felt he should cast blame on Naoe for the whole incident. Had it not been for his hot-headed attitude the day before, Rokuta would not have felt the need to take his anger out on Shiva. However, Naoe had apologized for it.
With a sigh, Shiva pushed past the other male, deciding against his resentment. "Don't worry about it; it wasn't the first time. Won't be the last." He refused to look back as he made his way to class, hoping he would neither see Naoe nor Rokuta until gym class. If he could, he would avoid them at all cost.
