The OLD days of GAIA Online Back in my days as a GAIA Times Journalist...I saved this most important information at that time. The PM above was when I was stuck doing my story ~_~ I was chasing Maru Takahashi all over town...I almost started a war with The GAIAN Army and >.> someone.....I even joined the Yakuza D: to get this story! Maru Takahashi was the infamous RPer at that time...That time when GAIA was a small Community of 400. Anything that happens in Barton Town affects the next forum over. Since we all Role Play in the same atmosphere. Anything that happens in a bar in the GAIA Commerce forums...affects the RPing storyline of GAIA. ^_^ It was the best...Notorius RPers...or Terrorists of GAIA: The Forgotten One and Maru Takashi and The Joker. (( Mr. Kind-of-Wonderful O_o went missing....where is that guy? (last I heard he's in the service ;_; ))) Anyways...those guys made RP the best thing I've ever experienced. The GAIAN Army (guilds) sends out Military Personnels to help defend innocent businesses from being destroyed. Some of the buildings O_o were actually destroyed >.> Patton's bar...ect. Bar fights erupts...and in Barton Town forums..the Barton Cemmetary was the place where The Heartless arrives to steal the souls of people. OMGOMGOGMG D: If The GAIA Times Newspaper wasn't pruned by the server...you guys would be able to read about those articiles. The GAIA Times Newspaper was a Community newspaper that plays with the Role Play of the site. The site meaning those that play with the GAIA world. ;_; The good ole days...oh how I miss it.

	I - who isn't even a RPer and didn't take part of any of it - loved those days. When I joined, there were already 6k+ users, but it was still such a cool atmosphere that the RPing storyline went across the forums. I kept myself updated through GAIA Times, read the different threads... Now it's all split up ;____;

	Although I joined way after both of you, and missed those days, I can imagine how wonderful it was. Being an rper from Barton since I joined, I know that it must have been an awesome time in the history of Gaia. I miss everything! crying

	I wish I could say I roleplay on Gaia, but due to some past experiences that caused my brother to leave the site, I don't. I would like to, but I probably wouldn't be greeted with open arms. sad Anyways, that sounds cool, having the whole site revolve around RPs and affecting other RPs of the site. Do that today....well, no the best things would happen.

	Now Gaia's split up into sections; segregated, almost. Barton's so big it can barely handle its own problems, I don't know what the hell Commerce does all day, Guilds frowns upon and scoffs at the other RP forums and deems them incompetent, but O/M Guilds is deader than Death and FFA is likewise concerned with its own constant problems, while Guild RP threads ignore everyone else and go about their own business in their own threads. Then let's count in the GGN, which segregates people from the forums, and we've got our own little Middle East of warring forums which hate each other. Though the advantage is that I'm the big man in Guilds. :p

	Meh, I joined, and if I am thinkin right, I got chased outta your paper thread for bein an idiot I think, maybe gonk Meh, I was such a noob back then... Anyway, yeah, I remember Rp'in back then. I was in an Italian Mafia guild/Rp, and then one day, a rival mafia/gang invade and destroy our place. So it turned out to be a huge war. Must say, twas rather fun lol After that, loads of us were known around one or two places lol. But then I matured, and the flocks of newbies increased dramaticly in early 2004. That's also the time I kindda left gaia as Spike Chinisle cause um.. Actualy, I dunno. The account just died xp But yeah, since then, I have hardly Rp'd..

	I joined a months after you guys. Gaia was pretty big not not even near what it is now. Of course by the time I joined it was a bit different from what you remember. I would have loved to been there way back in the day. -Bookmarks your journal- I like reading your entries. It's very interesting. 3nodding

	I remember those days! It was much fun, though I mostly just stayed in my place (the Sanctuary, now closed) or lurked. Your entries are not boring at all! Your journal is one of the few non-admin journals that I subscribe to. :3
