All righty now!
A bit late in the day, but better late then never. Aye? 4laugh
Another little bit of rather common advice, but if you've never lived someplace that gets cold, you might not know. ^-^
Layers! Like in cakes! And onions! And if you wear layers and don't shower, you will SMELL like an onion! So take showers. ^-~
If you're cold and lack the power to heat yourself up, layer up your clothing. A couple pairs of pants, a shirt or three, and maybe about 10 or so blankets? lol Generally you won't have to look like the Michelin Man to find some semblance of warmth. But trust me, a few thing layers are often better then one thick layer.
Oh, and as a word of caution. If your feet are icicles before you put on socks and slippers and boots, chances are they will stay cold. So try and warm them up before you wrap them up. Once you're in your layers you can cuddle up in a blanket and sit on your feet for a bit, or if you're lucky enough to have hot water, use that, THEN bundle up, and you'll stay nice and toasty.
That's all for tonight.
From my mother to you, button up your overcoat! When the skies are graaaaay!
