This morning at about 06:40 ish as I was walking back home from shopping and speaking to my uncle, a guy leaned to the passenger side of his car to possibly take a closer look at me or my uncle as he drove past on a busy dual carriage way.
Perhaps he knew me, my uncle or the fact that I have a white stripe in my hair made him do that... But that is dangerous!
I didn't hear any crashes or shunts so I guess he got away with it. Lucky.
