“I know how you got discovered,” my husband told me. I sat upright and asked him, “Really? I don’t. Can you tell me? Please?” He hesitated at first but after about 5 minutes he asked me, “Are you sure you want to know? I don’t know the rest of it but I can tell you as much as I can.” My eyes brightened as he said that. “Of course I do. Since I can’t really remember what happened to me, I want to know by someone who was actually there or from someone who I trust will tell me the truth.” He sighed but went on with the story. “Well... It all started when your mom didn’t have enough money to go to the hospital for you to be properly born.”
