Tarot Story :: The Star Still Dreams |

Many years had come and gone, and yet still the dreams found and haunted her. She was older now, drawn back to the real world of traffic lights, car payments, nine to five (or in her case, eleven to eight)... The hustle and bustle of a new city and a new life. It was different than she had thought it would be, but it was now her lot.
Bit by bit she began to forget. There was music, but it was not hers. There was beauty, but it was not the same. The lines that had blurred between waking and dreaming were drawn once more; thick, solid, bold lines. Marker. Permanent. It would be hard to break them down again.
Wake up, shower, breakfast, walk the dog, go to work, come home, relax, sleep... A new schedule for that new life. No more thoughts, no more memories, for a time not even dreams.
Deja vous.
Then sometimes she would remember; sometimes she would dream.
She dreamed of a castle. She dreamed of a room, of music, of friends. She dreamed of a lake, an arena, a toy room... A kiss.
She wakes from those dreams lost and confused, pondering what had once been, settling back into what is. Sleep lifts, dreams fade... Life goes on.
The castle continues to slumber, but some dreamers will always dream.

CuterThanYou Crappy Happy Holidays from Cuter! Because she's a penny pincher, she went digging through her inventory to find gifts to give out. While rummaging, her hoarded vials of unknown liquid managed to come crashing down on top of her OMG boxes, soaking them with their mysteeeeerious content. The boxes, over time, began to rot away and make noises, and well, she sure as hell wasn't going to stick around to see what happened. Demy-Stardust Sooo here's the story. It seems that leaving Demy the job of painting some ornaments for the Audio Christmas tree was a really bad idea. Apparently he fell asleep on the job, and the once normal ornaments got a bit TOO close to his iPod...and well this happened.
In the spirit of the holidays, I want to spread around the WTF joy that resulted from this little mishap. Unfortunately these ornaments are a bit chaotic and I'm really not sure when they'll 'open' as it were. But! Keep an eye on it and eventually something I hope you like will be attracted to it.
It's...a surprise as it were. Each one was affected by a different song on Demy's iPod, so what comes of it will be random, but once it appears you can name your new friend.
I'm sorry for the inevitable delay that will come from these ;_; I'll open them as soon as I can, but I promise they'll be neat! Enjoy!
