The last two years the depression was pretty bad, and I couldn't think about Badeye without also thinking of Roxy and that sad period of time. But lately I can think about him, and it makes me happy to do so.
He went off on some adventure (which, maybe I will write sometime- I do know what happened lol ) and now returns without a trace of black on him, missing his seal-eye and blind in the other. In a way he's lost some precious things, just as I have. As he transitions to blindness, I too am learning to live in a new way. But we will both keep moving forward, and the best thing about Badeye is that he can't help but be himself. His brightness makes me brighter and I am glad.
Not sure how often I'll be around or how long, but I'm glad to be back a while. See you smile
