An evil genius poisoned the Earth's atmosphere, creating an eternal night. Everyone fighting to be alive, and even then, for what purpose other than to breath? The sun forever covered by the dark clouds, living in fear of the machines that now ruled the Earth. The human population diminished to 1%, hardly 7,000,000 people. At the current point of time, in the very distant future, 6,000,000 million of those people were enslaved for unknown reasons by the robots. Most survivors just assumed for usual slave deeds, the more intelligent, assumed it was for Scientific reasons.
A village has banded together, with heavy artillery, though seemingly archaic. Only guns without computers were usable, only anything without a computer. All machines are evil, however there are cyborgs with compassion or rather, a computer not completely controlled by the robots. You can play human or cyborg, obviously I'll play the opposite of you.
