I finally get a chance to type in my Gaia journal after what? 2-3 months?
I went to a music festival called Seattle Young Artists and played my amateur violin skills, which was kind of humiliating in a way. Everyone was SO. GOOD. Not like, "Yeah they're good," but like PRODIGIOUSLY good. Before entering, I always wondered why I want to enter, because I heard around that SYAMF was a place for the best. My violin teacher told me that I was there for a adjudication, not a competition, where all the good people are. I was relieved and signed up blindly. I was thankful that I was the only one in my class, or I would sulk in embarrassment.
I should do SYAMF, for piano, prolly? XD

Yep, haven't journaled in awhile. So, here I am, with my uber spifftastic title *ovation*.
In orchestra, I got into the honor orchestra thing for middle schoolers at March 3rd. I'm happy happy happy. We're playing Fantasia, Pirates of the Carribean, and I think a movement of the Four Seasons. I can't wait! We did our playing tests too for Lion King. After I played, I realized my D and G strings were sorta out of tune, whoops...anyways, I think I did fine.
Ahh whee, midterms are on Monday and Tuesday for Algebra, I feel like I get it, but I feel like I don't get it. I'm actually looking forward for the midterm because I got a preettyyy bad score on the team test. *nods* My table group is pretty chatty though, *ahem* Laura *ahem* Josh. It never seems like we get our work done quickly, it sucks because we're graded on how much we do, and I got so many 0s by getting distracted. Hope Ms. Saylor feels the pain of me and Maddy, XD.
Ahhh...what else? Oh yah, Muika, me and Nathan GOT INTO THE LIPSYNC ASSEMBLY! I'm happy happy happy happy!! When ran up and saw the results, I was like, "HOMG NATO WE GOT IN!" (and yah Muika, you weren't there). And there was Nathan spazzing and Alan going, "Eh?" XDDDD Now onto costume designing....D:
Anyways, I'm out, and no Muika, I'm not mentioning about the Sisterhood of the Traveling Lunches.

What a Wonderful Day...
Starting from Thursday night, a huge thunder/ wind storm hit our area after I got home from school. The lights started flickering and when my mom drove me home from my piano lessons at 9:00 at night, the trees knocked down the power lines and wiped out the power in the stores, and heard many people screaming their heads off. I thought our house would be screwed without power, but thankfully, I still have power now. Many of my friends that live around my house are cold in their houses with no heat and few with generators. 700,000 doesn't have power, or 2/3 of Western Washington. 1/3 with power should be pretty darned lucky right now. There was no school on Friday, and the assembly was that day. I'm in the orchestra and we were supposed to perform in the assembly, which was sad that now we can't perform and I dunno if we're gonna make it up in January (winter break started today). Sighs..this is great (Yeah, right). People came and took showers and used the internet and everything...sooner or later my house is gonna turn into a union gospel mission center...XD
