I see no reason to have been handed this archaic analog tool. The book was used to chronicle a history of emotions that are no longer valid or valued. I do not think to imagine the depth of his plan. But I obey.

His mind is old beyond the age or meaning of the word itself, or the concept it implies. When the gods were babes he was ancient. He thinks in terms I can not fathom. And he plans across history for single events, or single words.

I am told this book is to be deposited at a particular location. I am not told why. And I obey. Time will see how his plans come to fruition. Time always does.
