Laying in her bed she felt a cold air sweep around her. She just knew it was him, so she yelled out. D? She questioned the cold presence in her room. Suddenly a voice popped into her mind. Hey Hun. Sorry i was late. I'm glad you remembered to at least invite me in... He said to her inside her own mind. It's alright D, I was busy till about 5. Isn't that when you come around and become active? Yeah but I've been in the Vampire's world for weeks. Sorry i didn't say anything... He said to her quietly in a sorrowful tone. So, She spoke aloud. Want to go out for a drink or two tonight? She questioned him, D Soon appeared in his visible human form in a corner of her room. Yeah let's go now. He said waiting by the window eagerly moving back and forth, he couldn't wait for the night on the town with his beloved. Too bad she had yet to realize he loved her. Grabbing a jacket in her closet, she made her body switch forms, she did it easily now that she had a thought of how she can do it without making a big deal of changing. Her hair turned charcoal black and her eyes like a crimson sea. Opening the window all the way she jumped over to the side roof next to her window, D Followed but closing the window behind him. So where do you want to go? A bar, A club? She questioned her close friend. Both? He said with a smirk on his face as he jumped off the roof into the grass, following his friend. Rosie was her name. She was a brilliant young girl about 400, 400+ years old. She was older than most in the human world. All the elders live underground or in the vampire world for safety reasons. Rosie's illusion was a brunette, And was pale skinned to begin with. She was born from Two Vampire parents but somehow the babies in the nursery were switched and Rosie was given to a Human family. She doesn't know much of her father, but she does know that her mother died shortly after birthing Rosie, Her mother's only child. Now her father had a quest to find her daughter Rosie. Now getting back to the story Rosie walked into town with her friend D. Being close friends and sneaky asses who loved to play tricks they decided to act like a couple when they walked the streets so if anyone were to mug them D would surely make a move to bite them. Anyways if they pulled something on them D and Rosie wouldn't die. They were immortals. Walking on the dark sidewalks passing under the streetlights they looked like regular people just making there way to some bar. D and Rosie made there way to the bar and when at the doorstep they walked inside. Walking down some steps Rosie glanced around the lit up dance floor, bar, and the lounges. Hey think we'll be able to get a bite? She asked D, as they still stood in the doorway. Walking to the lounge Rosie sat down. D asked a question. What do you want to drink? Wine A small giggle came after. You know what i like. D laughed and walked over to the bar area and asked for two drinks. Rosie glanced around and found a blond boy who was playing pool, looking at her, scanning her body. Rosie smiled and stood up. Walking over she smiled. Are you here with anyone? She asked then man placing her hand on his forearm, and starring into his blue-green eyes. "Nope. No one." He said giving her a bright white smile. think i can play some pool with you? But i don't really know how to play. she mumbled with a blush. "No problem I'll help you along." He said handing her the pool stick. Wow, what a stupid boy... Smiling like nothing was wrong she held the stick like the other guys and asked. Now what? "You have to hit the ball now but here Let me help like i said i would." He said standing behind her and placing his one hand on top of hers in the front, and his other hand on top of the other in the back of the stick. "Now you hit it like this." He said and hit the ball into a corner pocket. "there." Awesome! I got one it! She said turning around and she placed a sweet kiss on his cheek. Then they returned to their game moments later. Same procedure. D leaned against the bar counter and waited for his drinks. He looked back to the lounge where Rosie was. He sighed and smiled when he saw she wasn't there. Looks like she found her food. He thought smirking. Now i just need to find mine. "Two drinks for the man in black. Here you go sir." The bartender said with a dull smile. Looked like the bartender smoked a lot, his teeth were yellow a couple cavities looked present. D grabbed the drinks and walked over to Rosie. Hey here's your drink princess. He said with a chuckle. Rosie looked back and delayed the pool game to get her drink. D! Thanks hun. She said hugging him and snatching her drink. We'll meet up later? She questioned him. Yeah, Two a.m. He said with a sly wink. they were both hungry and couldn't wait for tonight's snack. Rosie took a sip of her drink and placed it on the corner of the table. She hit that ball again with the mans help. She smiled and placed her arms around his neck and leaned in for a deep kiss. He did too. He enjoyed it so much that they had quit their game and moved to a couch to make out. D Looked around and found a women in a red tight dress walk by. He smiled at her and raised his voice a bit. Hey babe. Wanna talk? He questioned her. She blushed and pulled a bit of stray hair behind her ear. She sat down in a chair next to the bar and turned to him. She had raven hair and green/blue eyes. She was a beautiful woman. So what's you name? Mine's D. He said taking a sip of his drink. "My name is Stephanie. But please call me Steph." She said with a smile as she took a sip or her drink. Nice to meet you Steph. He said extending a hand toward her, she shook it. He pulled back his hand and looked at his watch. '1 o' clock.' He thought as he whistled and only Rosie looked over with a fanged smile. Sorry I'm here with my friend Rosie. But I'm totally open. He said leaning his elbow on the bar counter. He smiled a little fanged smile at her. D Store into her eyes, his turned a swirling crimson that brought her into almost a type of trance. Her eyes soon turned a pearly white, She stood up after her did and followed her out the door. Rosie did the same as D. After she stood up he did as well. She grabbed his hand and pulled him outside into the alley D had just entered. Rosie giggled, D laughed. Hey Babe, can you do me a favor? They were in a dark corner. she whispered into his ear and after a long kiss she stuck her fangs into his neck and drained him dry. She giggled again and watched D do the same. Bot their lifeless bodies lay on the ground. Neither of them showed signs of life. Ready to go? Yeah, let's go. He said his fangs receding into his gums. Hey wait... She said standing over in the alley still. She pulled D over. Hey, uhm.... She said she couldn't even form the words. D leaned in and embraced Rosie in his arms and a long kiss stopped her mouth from moving. Rosie blushed as D had just kissed her, she was going to kiss him but he of course beat her to it again. A couple minutes later D pulled away, his eyes locked on hers. D... She mumbled her crimson eyes teared up. She fell into him and wept. D being the one there, hugged her as she cried. It looked so cute, he was about 5'7 and she was about 5'4. He blushed as she cried. 'Did i just do that?' He thought with an up coming question. What's the matte Rosie? His voice was soft and protective. it was memorizing to Rosie. It's just that... She shook her head as blush crept upon her cheeks. I just, didn't expect that from you... She said tilting her head down. But don't get me wrong, it was... Nice. She said with a blush. They both kissed again and this time before pulling away a tear rolled down Rosie's cheek. D felt it ans pulled away with a smile. He put his hand to her cheek, and wiped away the tear with his thumb. That's good.[ He said with a smile. D heard something, he looked around, then smelled the air. Quick. He said pulling her deeper into the darkness of the fairly clean alleyway. Voices and footsteps became louder as the people D smelled came closer. "Hey think they'd be that stupid to come around now?" "Yeah you never know i thought i sensed her power recently around here." A conversation between the two went on as they walked past the alleyway, maybe into the bar. Rosie's eyes went back to their normal hazel. She looked up at D and whispered. What's going on? She questioned him. He patted her head. They're after you. But don't worry. I'll protect you. Are Your parents home? I would like to stay today for dinner, are we going up to the attic when we get home? It's like he was playing twenty questions with her, but he wanted to ask them all now before he forgot something. Yeah, They'll be home. Yes to the attic question by the way. She said with a little smile, It was still dark outside. She grabbed his hand and pulled him through the alley she knew people and ways through the little town of Old Hallow. She ran around a corner her hand attatched to D's. She brushed open a door. And pulled D inside, She looked around. It was a small place someone was already there. Oh hey! Andy. She said in a happy tone as she looked at him sprawled out in the coffin. She walked over to him and poked his cheek. Hey Andy, We need to hide somewhere, and i know you told me about this place. She said sitting down on the couch and looking around the room, D did the same. But managed to get comfy.
