so i spent like the whole day doing homework. seriously. i had was about ten hours worth of the crap! but i also had to call time warner cable about our internet connection because it was...well, it just wasn't. we hadn't been able to get on line for a few days. something to do with a "white out" what ever that means. anyway, i was talking to some arab man (it was really hard to understand him) for like two bloody hours! count them TWO! but i was finallly able to get these things to work. and the last night at around midnight thirty, my friend ryan shows up at our door. he lives in the apartment a floor below us. as it turned out, his roommate (john, aka creepy old man. seriously, just having to walk past hom when you're a female is just shy of torture) was bleeding all over the place! he has this narshty swollen...thing on his leg and he refuses to do anything about it (note to all y'all: when one ankle is three times the size of the other, there's a PROBLEM!). so, appearently his foot just randomly poped open yesterday and he didn't even notice. not that that's surprizing, he's a drunk! he was tracking bloody footprints all over the place; it looked like a homocide sceen. so this stupid old man with very thinned out blood is just chillin', not caring where he goes, but the biggest problem is all the dieases that he has in his blood. you don't want to be anywhere near this mans body fluids, and you really don't want to know what you risk by touching that stuff.....it's not good. so anyway, we went to help ryan steralize his apartment some and we cleaned and bandaged his nasty foot. and that was how yesterday ended. it was not a good day.

okay, so a little while ago an EMS person screwed up. and it was a pretty big screwup too; the thought that a guy was dead when he really wasn't. in the time allotted (in this case) for an EMS person to come to the conclusion of dead or alive, it was actually an easy mistake to make. sad but true. EMS have to act quickly, if they don't people die.
anyway, so now people are like boycotting EMS because of the one person. EMS are getting ripped to shreds by the public. that's just messed up! one person made one mistake, and changes are going into effect to keep that mistake from ever happening again. so why are these stupid-heads getting all uppity?!? it's not like this is a common mistake, it's not as though they did it on purpose. EMS saves hunreds of people all the time and no one ever cares to take notice, but now they have even less support than they did before. it's just not right, it's not like these people get a lot out of this you know! goodness knows they don't get payed anywhere close to enough for what they do.
ugh! i'm almost ashamed to be a part of this world, with all its villianous characters in guises of nobel citizes. it makes me ill.

zwoot! now i have yet another place to write down my oh-so-lovely thoughts. and you get to read them. oh yeah, feel hourored.
okay, so i am at this very moment listening to les miserables...ah so beautiful. and i have come to the conclusion thatb this is one of my favorite musicals ever! i don't know that i would call it my favorite cause you have to take into account things like cats (which is beautiful, and i will love the rumtugtugger for life). and phantom, and miss siegal (ok, i'm sure i spelled that wrong, but it's a wonderful story) and of course i still have as yet to see jesus christ superstar...
...problem, i seem to have forgotten where i was going with all that. there was a purpose at one point. oh well.
