Lying here in a growing puddle of blackened blood, She dies.
As she lies here wishing for you to come to save her,
She weeps scilently as the time passes her by.
The hours of solitude soon drive her mad with pain,
Waiting here begins to kill her,
Her breath escapes her body,
And as she lays here gasping for the crisp air that taunts her,
And her vision blurs and she becomes very still. . .
Night falls and you walk in expecting her to greet you warmly with a kiss,
You stop horrified to see the sight of her limp body on the cold darkened floor.
As you fall gracefully to your sturdy knees,
You let the cold salty tears stream down your pale cheeks, and without a second thought in your mind,
The gun in your holster becomes very friendly.
As you raise this mercifulgun to your clear head you say your prayer.
The thunderous noise fills the air for just that momentin time, and
You let your heavy eyes close with the sweet smile upon your face.
You and your dearly departed love rest in peace forever and eternity. . .
