Chapter 1 Part A (I can't put it all because it is too long and I don't feel like typing it all right now.)
The rain softly pitter pattered on the roof of the large two story house. The coal black shingles ruffled taking the brunt of the wind. A large oak outstretched its branches gently scratching the glass window. Nova covered his head with his pillow. He was having trouble sleeping again. He hated rain. It always sounded so loud to him. Nova turned on the lamp that was on his bed side table. The bright light burned his eyes for a few seconds. He squeezed his eyelids shut and slowly opened them letting his crystal blue eyes adjust to the light. He sat up on the edge of his bed. His sheets had been kicked to the end of his twin size bed. He sighed and bent down picking up a notebook from the floor of his bedroom which was adorned with bits of clothing and some books that his foster parents had given him. He opened the first drawer to his nightstand grabbing a pencil. He looked at the blank page in front of him and started to write.
New Home Week 1
Week one down. This new family seems ok. The parents seem nice but who knows how long that will last. They have a daughter. Man is she annoying. How can one person be so energetic? She is three years younger than me. I got lucky this time. These people are loaded. They are sending me to this private high school with their daughter. The girls name is Angel. They sure were optimistic when she was born. I am having trouble sleeping again. I guess it could be the rain. I don't know why but it always seems to bother me. I also had that dream again. You would think that it wouldn't get to me anymore but it still scares me. Why did my parents have to die? Why didn't I die with them? Sometimes I wish I had...

Nova put down the pencil. He sighed dropping the notebook to the ground making a loud smack. He walked over to his window and sat down on a chair next to it only wearing hunter green boxers. He looked up at the large rain clouds watching the raindrops race down the window. The sky is crying. He thought. Just like that night. Nova stayed by the window thinking, thinking about his life, thinking about his experiences, just thinking.
