im sad to say im back in the little town with crappy internet so as much as it pains me to say i might not be able to get here as often as i would like to talk to Zangan. i miss u even though we only just meet. and my heart races every time i see that PM mail icon light up!
anyways went to the gym this afternoon and did the usuall 200 punches on the punching bag. then did some leg presses and finished it of with some karate style training. ah karate i miss training. it might have been hard and made me sore for the next 3 days but i luved it. but iv gotta go 4 now but ill write nxt wk.
