Fun Facts to Live By: by Elena The Hospitable
.) You may not analyze yourself to anyone but yourself, and you must leave what others think of you to them. --ex. If someone asks you if you're a good person, fun to be around, etc. you cannot know what the correct answer is because it's a matter of opinion of them looking in.
.) You may not attack any belief or religion that you do not comprehend. --ex. Radical does not equal traditional. If people don't agree with you, that doesn't mean you should not respect their beliefs. If people don't respect yours, that doesn't mean you should be the same way.
.) Do not lead by example. --ex. You are more likely to do something stupid and try to show off if you're being watched. People should learn how to lead their own lives, and not follow the steps of everyone else.
.) Don't tell other people how to be. --ex. This journal is a list of my beliefs and suggestions, not a bible. Anyone who takes it as such is either incapable of leading their own lives, or too much like me for me to be comfortable.
.) Don't care too much. --ex. If you care too much, it will put you through more stress than you need to deal with. Keep a detached sense, so that you can think about things as a whole, and not with all of your feelings attached. Trust me. It's not worth it.
