Wohoo. xd Easter Sunday. The church sevice today was PACKED. Some kids put on a skit that they are doing for a contest. it was really cool. Right now, I'm on the computer at my grandma's house, using her computer. It's slower than mine, but works well enough. Oh, *Looks to the right and sniffs* Lunch is ready. Better go Bye!
Ch 5 P1
When Kira woke up, sunlight was streaming through the trees, tinting everything a light green. The fresh, earthy smell told her it had rained during the night. Yawning, Kira walked off the edge of the platform, half-opening her wings to land sofly on the ground. Luke was already down there, attempting to start a fire with some damp logs. Walking up, Kira shot a fireball at the wet wood, frying it out and setting it ablaze.
“Thanks,” said Luke, “I was trying to cook the rabbit I caught.” He held up a bloody, headless rabbit as evidence, then began carving it up for cooking.
A few minutes later, the meat was smelling good and ready to eat. Kira and Luke each grabbed a few pieces, remembering to throw some to Buddy, and eagerly chowed down. As soon as their meal was finished, Kira took down the platform and they moved on.
After only an hour of walking, they heard the sounds of other people. Kira peeked through the trees and spied a small village.
“I’ll bet they have something to eat.” Luke said, his mouth watering.
“Are you always hungry?” Kira asked incredously.
Luke nodded eagerly.
“Fine we’ll go in, but with our disguises on.”
