Lost Times

I've been through a lot now, I am now lost and alone
nothing left for me but my shadow, it's just like a clone

twisted amongst this undesired world of lost love
wishing to be with the angels, in the skies above

I've changed for you, but does that make you happy
I went through so much, but yet my life is still crappy

Paradise surrounded by demons, soon becomes hell
I was there for you every time, even when you fell

Sometimes the thoughts of happiness get clouded by the unknown
your dreams shattered like glass by the things you thought you known

Everyone seems so happy, their lives better than yours
they soon realise that their hell awaits behind their doors

darkness spreads upon the outside, life begins going down hill
soon to be left with nothing, just the same thoughts to kill

looking at the door, sometimes they wonder what lies behind
the unknown creatures behind the doors just might be blind

never knowing what they will bring, people let them loose
soon to find out it was a bad idea, now their in a noose

these demons don't care for the pain and agony they bring
they only pass through as if though they were just visiting

perhaps soon the demons will go back to the place they came
they're running wildly as though they think life is only a game

soon now the angels with make it all go away
counting down now, down to just another day

the angels whisper, words seeping into your brain
they take away the demons, and even your pain

nothing left to do now, soon it's time to rest
everything's gone now, life is now at it's best
