nothing really to write about. I've started re-reading ccs, since it's been awhile since the series ended, and I really liked it. doing a few readings, getting annoyed with the guys at school. one of them went to homecoming with me, and is now very clingy. that got him in trouble this summer! anyway, I designed a kimono ensemble for October in chem, since the kanzashi for this month is chrysanthemum.
Dark (almost black) blue tomesode, with silver pinpoints scattered all over, and several white chrysanthemums and fallen petals facing upwards, with ripples around them in silver and white. underrobe is dark washed violet, and the obi is a deep but vibrant red with only a spare hinting of a black abstract pattern. the obijime is dark purple, and has a silver obidome in the shape of a crysanthemum in silver. the obiage is in sheer white silk. the hair should be down with a single silver comb and a red chrysanthemum tucked behind it.
someday I want to make a calender of kimono designs...
