So, took the little one out trick or treatin' around the park. It was surprisingly warmer this year than it has been the past few years so she didn't have to cover up her dress. She had fun and so many people commented on her dress and hair (she wore the same dress as last year, just keep refreshing my siggy and you'll see her photo in it eventually), heh, had one guy look so shocked when he found out that her hair is naturally curly. 4laugh

Some of the kids out there were so rude though! I'm walking Renee up to the doors and these kids would shove past, jump in front of her at the houses and the parents weren't doing anything to stop them! Hell, and at one house Renee was the first one there, and all the kids were crowding around her so I couldn't get close, then the lady who lived there hit Renee with her screen door like three times while getting the other kids their candy, and Renee was the last one to get her candy. stressed

But she had fun and that's whats important.

A lot of the people who live in the park are a bit weird when it comes to giving out stuff.
Yeah, she got a nice haul of candy, but she also got some weird stuff; this strange little noise maker thingy, a juice box, Play-Doh, a ball, and a wooden pencil.
The pencil is what's confusing her, which is either really funny, or a sad statement on our society, as she sits there pressing on the eraser trying to get the lead to come out like a mechanical pencil, and when thats not working she starts twisting it in a vain hope that that might get the lead out.
And she won't let this go either! This was like, almost an hour ago and she still walks up to us and in a sad little voice would be asking about her pencil since it's obviously (to her) broken. blaugh heart

Well, that's our night, and I'd just like to mention that it's less than a half hour until her bedtime and she's hopped up on a pixie-stix. xd
