Our story starts during a trip to a market in an Earth Kingdom city. Reyna is trying to decide to buy a bunch of bananas or a pair of grapefruit quickly before anyone noticed she wasn’t from this city. That is before she was rudely interrupted…

“Hey you, your not from around here are you?” you turned to see a boy talking to you and quickly turned back to face the small shop you were looking at. Great you thought the sneak in and sneak out quickly plan wasn’t going to work. “Hey, I asked you a question. You could at least answer,” said the same voice a bit more agitated then before. You felt a hand grip your shoulder and you figured he was gonna spin you around before another voice cut in.
“Sokka, you shouldn’t force her to say anything if she doesn’t want to. Even if it is rude not to answer.” Great, I have a girl defend me then call me rude. Slowly the hand on your shoulder released though it seemed its owner still wanted to spin you around. So you did what you usually did, you stalked of in the opposite direction, though not before you sent a sharp glare at the guy with the same darkly tanned skin as the hand on your shoulder not seconds before.

That was too close, you thought as you trekked through the forest to the cave you have been staying at for the past few weeks. I wish I saw his face after I glared, though most people can’t go without wincing from the glare I sent to him. You smirked at the thought and mental image of “Sokka” visibly wincing, no twitching, it was always funnier when they twitched. After a while you had headed back to that same place and bought both the grapefruit and the bananas, of course after making sure that boy and “rude” girl had left. You snapped out of your daydream when you realized that you were in front of your cave. You walked in subconsciously checking that everything was still there. Bow and quiver, check. Pack, check. Everything in pack, check. You sighed; today was almost as tiring as when you had to row that canoe from the North Pole to the Earth Kingdom. Actually, that was a couple days, you thought.
You put down the fruit and other miscellaneous, yet needed things, before sitting on the ground yourself. Grabbing a banana, you slowly begin to get rid of its outer peel. You listened to the peaceful sounds of birds calling to one another, crickets rubbing there legs together to get that chirping sound, footsteps becoming slowly louder…. wait footsteps!
